The office has an open, warm, comfortable vibe the minute you walk into the waiting room. For some years I put up with some bad ones, but just yesterday I went to Jeffery Escote and i am actually excited about finding him. He was great! Didn't talk down to me like many do when talking about the care of teeth. Rather than a dental hygienist talking care of the whole cleaning and exam and the dentist popping in for a minute at the end Dr Escote was with me almost the entire time. They also got me started right on time which was nice. An added bonus was the TV playing in the room, which was a great distraction from the work being done. Dr Escote is also just a very nice person. He really put me at ease and explained the issues I had very well. I definitely recommend him.

I couldn't be more pleased. I think I've been in there 5 times this year, getting work done I put off for years. Two of those times were cleanings... something I previously dreaded but now was so comfortable and happy with the process I actually went back after 6 months (like they recommend - go figure)! No bleeding gums. No pain. These are nice, highly competent people that you actually like to see - in addition to doing a terrific job. They really go out of their way to explain and put context around everything they're doing while you're there, and also the options because you always have choices about what you have done & when. SO refreshing. In addition to the great dentistry the office is run very well. They have the latest technology so they can show you everything that is going on. I was grateful that Andrew was able to continue this excellent practice and make it his own when his father retired. I have to say that the staff here are some of the nicest and most professional I have encountered both in the past and currently. Andrew in particular has added his own style and I have to say I've never felt more comfortable with a dentist - like he really makes it a painless process. When I lost my private insurance during the pandemic the office continued to work with me at reasonable rates and has always treated me with extreme kindness and graciousness. I love this dental practice and feel lucky to have such a great dentist that I trust. Lastly, my dental hygiene has come a long way through my own efforts but equally through the tips and strategies that Dr. Andrew Dill has worked with me on. Like Dr. Nevers, Dr. Dill is practicing dentist and also teaches at the U of M School of Dentistry, which is (I think) really unique and gives Dr. Dill a lot of current perspective in the field. I wouldn't call myself a 'coward' when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Dill was incredibly gentle and thorough; he did the cleaning and the exam himself, which was a first for me compared to my last dentist. Dr. Dill addressed all of my dental concerns (i.e., a recessed gum line on a molar that is sensitive to hot/cold, options for whitening my teeth - which I asked about!, replacing my nightguard) and offered sensible, cost-effective solutions, which I really appreciate/d. I felt very comfortable presenting my concerns to Dr. Dill and confident in the quality of the answers I received. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dill to anyone in need of a check-up!
