The store owner warned me that since it didn't contain a label of cleaning-instructions, he could not guarantee that dry-cleaning would be the correct procedure...but he said that the fabric seemed to call for this cleaning-method nevertheless. I've never seen cleaning so carefully and generously wrapped - all the wire hangers were padded across the shoulders inside and out with tissue paper - and staff carried the cleaning out to my car for me and offered to collect for me in future, ensuring I had their card. I doubt they were doing this just because I'd paid a big bill. The only reason for not giving five stars was that, out of numerous items, they missed giving me one item back. I rang them the next day and they immediately recognised the item, assured me they would hold it for me until I could get there, and were very polite and apologetic about this error on their part.
