They have a fan, cold damp cloths, stress ball and they will continue any conversation you have with them during the procedure to keep you distracted. Doctor is very attentive to if you need more numbing on your leg. They treat veins not only extremely well but quickly! My legs don't hurt anymore and I don't have those awful looking dark purple spider veins on my legs anymore!
