Ehhh. Not worth the Trip to cherry hill. A true hand car wash doesn't use brushes to wash your car. They use hand mitts. My rims were left dirty and over all not satisfied with the job they did. I paid $12 more for the wash as I told the guy I wanted the rims to be cleaned good. The car is only 2 months old. There were dirt marks left everywhere. Too bad. Oh well read more

Pristine receives no stars from me. I went to have an oil change and I asked the tech to look at my brake pads while the car was suspended he said no. I added an additional service with the free car wash for $10 he came back and tried to embarrass me in the store area and told me since my car was sooo dirty he had to charge me an extra $15 instead of the original $10. It was messy because of my daughter but his tactics were disgusting. I'm so tired of all these bullies. I have been going here for 3 years but this was my last time. This is my goto carwash. I will preface my review by saying that I do most of my car washing and I am a clean freak. That being said, my car is never really bad with sap or gunk. Nevertheless, my car is always dry with no swirl marks (black Buick) and they clean and dry your rims. This is the only place I know that does that as part of the basic wash. There have been a few times where some water escaped from the door handles or tail lights but everyone is allowed off days. I can't expect perfection. I wouldn't want that expected of me. I used to come to this place frequently with my old car. I really liked that a car wash was included with the lube service and I never had any issues. I got a brand new car a few months ago and was recently due for an oil change. I left work early one day to get here with plenty of time to get my service before closing. I pulled up to two men standing outside that told me bc of the snow they weren't opening? I understand not washing my car but you're telling me you can't change my oil bc it may snow? I know of places that change your oil then give you a car wash voucher to come back on days with bad weather. That upset me but I didn't let it stop me from coming back. So, the following week I once again left work early to come in for my oil change. I pull up and sit outside in my car for about 5mins and was not greeted like I usually am. I walk inside to ask the rude lady at the counter what's going on. She told me there was no one there to give an oil change. I explained my frustration (leaving work early twice now and then sitting outside and not being greeted and told there was no one there to help me). All this rude lady did was sarcastically say sorry and then continued speaking Spanish to her friend and brushed me off. Terrible customer service. I will never come back. read more

This is not an ordinary car wash. It costs more, but you get what you pay for in this case. How many places really hand wash your car after they clean your mats AND protect the floor with a paper service sheet? They are thorough and make sure the car is spotless from the roof to the door jams. I'll be using them more often when I have a few extra bucks for a wash. Give yourself a few extra minutes because it takes a little more time for a good, complete wash like this one. read more

My SUV is 2 weeks old. Paid $36 for the car wash that left the car still dirty and basic areas not cleaned very well. Got home and notice boot mark scratches in the door jam where the worker had stepped with his work boots to clean the windshield. Immediately I took it back. I asked to speak to the manager. The owner came out denying any blame and yelling at me. He repeatedly tried showing me by stepping over and over again with his work boots in the same spot. After a couple minutes another owner came out again saying his company couldn't have made these scratches and that they must have been there previously. No way! My car is 2 weeks old. No previous scratches. He promised he wanted for me to leave happy. The compromise was touch up paint from the dealer would be ordered so they could fix the scratches. Brought it back to them to buff out scratches and touch up the paint. Huge mistake!!! The touch up job looked like a child used nail polish on my car. My husband expressed his dismay before leaving, yet was told that's what touch up paint looks like. We will never will be using this car wash again. read more

This is the only car wash I will EVER take my car to. I am an avid car enthusiast and take very good care of all my cars and I trust these guys to clean my car. Hand wash is the biggest selling point. No machines that will damage your paint or rip parts off of your car. Just friendly courteous staff members and nothing but class. No longer a good place to get your vehicle washed. Have taken my brand new vehicle here twice and both times unable to do a basic dash cleaning, dirty door sills, seats unable to be vacuumed or wiped down not to mention the exterior still dirty. They are too busy turning radio station to a Spanish station. Talked to manager since it was a waste of $35 and trip to cherry hill. He advised you need to pay for the $50 car wash to get the interior wiped down and I would need to wait until all the vehicles behind me were done before they would retouched. I have been to Pristine twice now with my new 2013 Camaro and I am so thankful this place exists! I'm not too keen on washing the car myself, although I do it from time to time. In the winter, I won't want to. I found Pristine and they do a great job! No swirls in the paint! That's what I wanted. They use only microfiber materials to wash and dry and use a forced air to dry the creases. I keep the inside clean so I pay less than $10.00 for the exterior wash. Well worth it!!! I highly recommend them for new cars! I know the local Honda dealer gets their new vehicles washed also. If you think $10. is unreasonable for this kind of outcome, go pay a cheaper price at an automatic car wash and deal with the swirly, dull paint that follows. read more

I live in PA and work in Maple Shade NJ, I was looking for a car wash that was close to work and would take care of my brand new Tacoma, after an extensive search Pristine was the car wash of choice and I was glad I went here. The personnel were courteous and VERY hard working, they did an outsanding job even in 22 degree weather, They have the same operation as Spring Garden Wash and Lube no brushes are used just old fashioned elbow grease. So the point of coming to the car wash and paying is to have your car washed and vacuumed, not here. They charge you $5 extra dollars if you have dirt on your mats! Let alone a extra charge if you have a crossover! Look I'm all for paying for what you get, but nickel and dimeing your customers is a turn off! I really wanted to like this place! I have a black Porsche and do not want to go to a regular car wash so that I can avoid the dreaded swirl marks in the paint. I have been washing the car myself and it takes too long with way too much effort to continue doing it by hand myself. This was going to be the perfect answer, a hand wash that was done in an assembly line fashion with no appointment necessary. I pulled up and a gentleman asked me what kind of wash I wanted. I said please do the inside and out. He asked if I wanted the polish, I said no. Then he asked me if I wanted the floor mats done. That should have been a clue that something was wrong here but I said yes. He then started cursing at the computer that controls the pricing and receipts and stated the owners are so cheap this system is over 20 years old. I proceeded to the lobby, paid almost $40 and waited. When the car was done, I got in and pulled away. First I noticed that the interior looked as if it was never touched. Dust was never wiped off the dashboard, the floor looked like it was not vacuumed, the windows were still dirty, it was as if someone spent 30 seconds with a dirty cloth on all of the surfaces inside and figured that was enough. Five minutes later, when I got to work, I walked around the outside of the car and was even more disgusted. There was dirt all over the car! It appeared that they just used the same dirty towel to wipe all surfaces of the car inside and out. I literally have to go and re wash the car. This was hands down the WORST CAR WASH I have ever had. I can't believe that they are still in business. This concept of a hand car wash with no appointment necessary in an assembly line fashion has so much promise. I hope they sell it to someone who will turn this place around. The concept is great, the execution is a zero. The owners must be laughing all the way to the bank that people would pay them $40 for a criminally terrible car wash. There is literally dirt on the car that was not even there before the wash but was probably put there from the dirty towels they re-use over and over again. Stay far away from this place. read more

I take my new Acura tl there every week and I love this place. Attention to detail is always a plus and you get that here. Hand wash is much better than motorized machines that always dings side mirrors. I notice no swirl marks on my car and very happy with the service I get. I am very particular where I take my car and find this place to be one of the better places to go. read more

I've been going to this car wash ever since they open.. Esp it's a hand carwash! But...The consistency is gone.. It now depends on what day you're going. On the weekends.. Expect your car to be not completely clean and get lousy drying service, sure it's the weekend and there's a lot of car.. But if I paid between $16-$27 I want my money's worth.. Another problem is they mess up your wash selection, I always paid for the service that has under body car wash and twice I didn't that under body wash. They say "It's just a fuse issue that's why the light didn't come up" I let this go the first time, but after the second time, I had to say something to the manager. Glad they ran my car back and ta-da.. The under body wash worked. On weekdays though (Usually I go Tues or Wed) they take their time and clean my cash and make it look brand new again! This is my second time at this car wash under this name, been many times prior under previous owners. I was reluctant to come a second time because the first time it was not clean, and the prices are high!! I told the owner/manager about my trunk not being vacuumed (2 door Fiat mind you) and overall not being clean. Well, when I paid there was an extra dollar tacked on, I asked why and he said, because its larger than your average car!!! I now have a 4 door Fiat 3 months old which is still very small...SERIOUSLY?? I got in the car, shitty job...stuff on rugs and dash water drips on outside etc...
