Jason who is apparently the owner said that he does not have to give an exact time, he was very rude. Upon arrival the owner Jason smelled like marijuana and alcohol. He showed up with a young man who did not have any experience what so ever as I watched him explaining how to use a machine . After numerous smoke breaks and a shitty cleaning later, I would recommend anyone to stay far away from this business. If I could give this business less than one star I would.

Our carpets are still filthy and look like they werent cleaned at all. After hearing jason brag for two hours while he was here about how "fantastic" his new system is, i failed to see it perform. The person he brought with him was clearly new, as he had to be instructed on how to do everything multiple times. The "pre-vacuum" was done so poorly, that even during and after cleaning, our pets hair was being sprayed all over the baseboards and doors and connecting rooms floors. What a mess. They did not clean any of it up, even after they noticed it and he asked the helper guy to do it, he did not. It was left there. During the cleaning he mentioned to the new helper that he had to vacuum better, so clearly that wasn't done correctly. There are spots by the back door that were not even touched at all. Clearly still full of dirt. I took our little handheld cleaner to it with just plain water hours after they left, BLACK water came up instantly. When i brought this to jasons attention, he immediately told me to stop and that i would void his "warranty". He insisted it was pulling black dirt from the padding. I absolutely was not. This was a gentle spray on TOP that did NOT soak into the carpet enough to get to the padding. This was on TOP of the carpet! Wasn't touched! He then insisted that each time we vacuum The crystals he put into our carpet would break apart and the dirt would come out more and more each time. This is an absolute joke And a scam. I cant believe i fell for it.... when trying to plan a time for Jason to come back to fix his wrong, he was out of town for a week immediately after. His schedule did not match with ours and that's discouraging. We are in the process of selling our home. I told him this originally. He also told me i am the "FIRST" and only one to complain and whose carpet was still dirty afterwards. After finally refusing to give us an exact time he would be available to come and stopped answering my text messages, we said enough is enough. Very poor customer service. When a customer complains about your service, and you know your wrong, make it right. I wasted money, and am now out that plus the cost to have someone come in and clean it the real way
