I LOVE this place! I've been going here for a few months, and I do the monthly membership. I think the membership is a great price for either a massage or a facial. I've done both. The ladies at the front desk are always super sweet and helpful, and one time I purchased an expensive serum from there that leaked so bad and they were able to let me exchange the serum for a new one. If you need a massage I cannot recommend Susie enough. She is absolutely amazing and gives the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. I use Caroline for my facials and she is knowledgeable and sweet too. This may be the jewel of Lake Nona for me! read more

Pristine Spa lash artist, Sarah, was the answer to my prayers. She took the time to understand how I wanted my lashes to look and made sure I was satisfied. I wasn't able to find the Lake Nona Yelp page but my review is for that location. I had an amazing experience with Gulnoza! She provided such depth of knowledge and experience about my skin. She took her time to teach me ways to improve my skin care routine and went out of her way to provide visual examples for me. The salon is very clean and inviting! The desk staff were also great to interact with. They offer a membership program that seems like a great value. I came here before and had a massage and facial. My Son purchased it as a surprise for my birthday. They sent me a text for a special and I decided to book an appointment, bc my body has been aching. I also wanted a facial and scalp massage. Everything went well except for at the end they charged me the full amount. If I didn't check my receipt, that would've ruined my experience. They gave me a credit for another service another time which was fine with me. But mess ups like that you should ask what the person wants and the first should be a refund, but anyway, BRITTANY. She did my facial and oh my!! It felt good and even caught myself at one point going into a snore. It felt so good. My skin looked amazing after as well. Felt moisturized, clean and smooth. My massage was with Delaney. She's good as well. She got all the parts including my scalp. All I wanted to after was go home and sleep, which I did. read more

This was my second (and last) time to Pristine spa. I booked my services online. I booked a 60 (50) minute massage with a 30 minute upgrade, a scalp massage upgrade and a hot towel foot treatment upgrade. My appointment was at 9:00. I wasn't called back to the room until 9:06 and the massage didn't begin until til 9:11.The massage was fine but nothing spectacular. It was super rushed...the massage ended at 9:51. So, I'm not sure why I paid for the upgrades? One would assume an upgrade is something beyond what the original booking is....I didn't even get the 50 minute massage...it was 40 minutes. The foot massage and scalp massage both happened within the rushed 40 minutes of the overall massage And, when I inquired at the front desk before I paid why I hadn't got the 30 minute additional upgrade I had booked online, I was told that does not always work when booked online. You have to call to confirm things after booking. There was nothing on their website or booking confirmations that indicated any of this. And, that's honestly ridiculous...if your online booking can't be trusted then use a different platform! This really felt like a "bait and switch". This was supposed to be a relaxing start to my day and my week and now I'm just angry and out a whole hell of a lot of money for a mediocre massage. I hate feeling like I've been taken advantage of and that is exactly how I feel this morning! read more

My mother and I recently received 60min massages from two incredible massage therapists. Janie most especially went above and beyond to ensure my mother, a cancer survivor, was in complete comfort during her massage. Janie asked pointed questions to make sure she was able to provide the most beneficial massage in the amount of time she had with her. At the end of the massage, my mother was walking better on her way out than she did on her way in (she has a limp from an extensive leg surgery). She remarked how relaxed and happy she felt after leaving such a pleasant experience. She and I cannot wait to come back! read more

First time experience was not pristine. Our couples massage got cut 20 minutes and the squeaky cabinets and non soft closed cabinets were really irritating while in my massage. Those little things show management standards. In a usual spa like place, people usually wear tennis shoes that are soft to the touch when they walk. There were heels all over the place walking. So all you heard were peoples heels stomping back-and-forth down the hallway. There was just too many little distractions that were not pleasant during my massage. Then they eat up of your time that you've paid for, five minutes to a dress and 10 minutes to re-dress and gather yourself. So there's 15 minutes that they count towards your massage time. I want to try again and give them a second shot. Because the massage therapist herself was really great. read more

This was my first time ever coming into a spa. This was a birthday present from my three adult kids. All I have to say is that I'm hooked and this place is awesome. First the place is immaculate clean. The ambiance is perfect. You are greeted by two receptionist and they are the sweetest, polite and professional girls. I was there at least twenty minutes early and when my appt time came up I was called on time. First I got a Swedish massage and oh my Lord. The Masseuse named was Jeannie. Again, it was my first time ever so I was a bit nervous and did not know what to do. Jeannie made me feel at ease and she explained to me what to expect. The room ambiance was perfect. Dim lights, ocean sound and very soothing low instrumental music. Jeannie massage me for a whole hour and she was great. She loosen all the tightness in my body. After the massage I went to another room and in comes Natalia another gem. She was so caring and gentle with my face. This was the best facial ever. I'm a believer now in coming at least once a month to get pampered. She also spent an hour giving me the facial. This place again is super clean, quiet and so calm. I highly recommend this place. Wow! So happy to have found this gem and all thanks to Yelp. First, so accommodating...I knew it would be a long shot but really had the urge to spoil myself and get my lash extensions. I called around noon for a day-of appt and although they told me they were already booked for the day. They came back and managed to get me in at 3pm. I later learned one of the ladies that work there generously gave me her appt to accommodate me. Too sweet! I was seen my Kenzie; she was bubbly, kind and energetic at initial introduction but she was quiet and precise during the application. She did a great job. The room was cozy with a heated blanket. Clean, pristine business. I really wanted to find a place where I could get a massage and lashes...and this is it! They do it all: waxing, microblading, facials, etc. I cannot wait to try it all. I am so glad to have found Pristine Spa. The best part is they have an awesome membership for $49 a month you can opt for a facial or massage. I travel often for work so if not in the area for a month I can roll my service over the next month or have a family member utilize for $10. Winning! And so accommodating! Wife and we're going here as members and then the pandemic hit. For 3 months they charged my wife and i's cards for services they could not even offer, then both of my parents got Covid and were hospitalized. My mother almost died and spent 33 days in the ICU and then another month at rehab. Both my parents require assistance and I called the shop to let them know to stop charging us as we had to go stay in Tavares where my parents live and help rehabilitate them. They told me no problem, call when you get back in town and we will redeem your points... Flash forward to yesterday. I called and was told that my points had expired because I stoped my membership and it had been over 90 days. She said this was a new policy, but I was not informed of this. This is how they do business and treat people? Especially when they were bold enough to charge us even when they were shut down and could not even offer their services. We went here for 1st time for a couples massage. We paid for 60 minutes and an extra amount for scalp massage for both of us. We got 40 minutes total massage and that included the scalp massage . $155.00 plus tip for both therapists was expensive for 40 minutes. We got there early, but taken back late. We think we got cut short because they were running behind?? which was not fair to us. They are very nice and when we waited we were offered a glass of wine which was nice. But 180.00 for 40 minutes is probably over our budget. Plus to pay extra for a service but it added no time to our massage time just is not worth it. We may give them one more try because everyone was nice and place is clean but time will tell. read more

Love this spa. Nice small spa tucked away in St.Cloud. They do great massages (I recommend the hot stone with Edith). I have gone here for a few esthetic services as well. They only use hard wax for all waxing services like European Wax Center which I appreciate because the other kind of was is too harsh on my skin. I typically get a facial that are amazing and have great results from the skin care line. I had adult acne that was driving me crazy and now my skin is better then it has ever been. They are horrible, the worse I've ever had! It was good at first, but after 4 months there was an issue with a massage specialist each time and I spoke to them about it. Each time they asked me not to leave and said they would handle the situation. I stayed for some months because they remembered my name, it was up the street and I like supporting small businesses. Enough was enough, because a massage specialist cursed at me, and the supervisor told me she would handle it because the specialist was having a rough day. She said she would call me and never did to apologize. They had the nerve to call me to make another appointment! I went and cancelled my membership (of course)! They are money hungry and once many clients started coming in they didn't care if you did not enjoy the services you came to pay them for. I rather pay more money and drive a longer distance.....at least I'm enjoying my massages now with absolutely no disrespect! Stop texting me your discounts, I obviously won't be coming back. read more
