They require full payment upfront and then pressure customers into a mandatory 20% tip before any service is provided. This alone is a major red flag and not standard practice for any legitimate spa. $200 wasted!!! Unfortunately, the experience only deteriorated from there. The massage therapist displayed shockingly inappropriate behavior throughout the session. She was passing gas repeatedly, laughing, and behaving in a way that was not only unprofessional but highly unsanitary and disrespectful. This is not a misunderstanding or an exaggeration it was continuous and completely unacceptable. The massage itself was below average: inconsistent pressure, poor technique, and no attention to client comfort. I left feeling worse physically and genuinely disturbed by the lack of basic hygiene and professionalism. For the amount charged, this service is not just overpriced it is unsafe, unsanitary, and deeply unethical in how it treats customers. Save your money and protect your health. My husband and I did a couples massage recently and received deep tissue therapy. They did an excellent job! The first thing you notice when entering is how clean it looks and smells! Staff is accommodating and friendly. Would recommend in a pinch if you need immediate attention for muscle aches or tightness. read more

Ladies BEWARE if your partner visits this place! Shady massage therapists! We went in for a couples massage and they not only stuck their hands in inappropriate places (butt cracks and under my husband's underwear and touched his penis while I was on the table 2 feet away) but they left the room numerous times to help customers without sanitizing their hands after. And now a day later we are all itchy and heading to urgent care. We paid and tipped upfront then were hassled on the way out for more tips. They said the listed price only goes to the owner and demanded more tips through a credit card after giving them all the cash we had on hand. This place is where you go if you want sexual favors done and possibly a contractable disease. The police should investigate this location for sex trafficking and paid sexual services! read more

First, I had an appointment, and she came out and said we too busy right now you have to wait 30 minutes. It was an uncomfortable massage, and I am currently in worse shape now than before going in. She was inappropriate touching my butt and moving my underwear to do so without consent. It made me feel very uncomfortable but by that time, I just wanted this horrible massage over with and thought it might be normal. However, after speaking with a few friends this really isn't the norm for massages. I was given a gift certificate and when I went to leave the lady DEMANDED that I pay 20% tip. She was not at all nice and was very persistent about it. I would have had no problem paying a tip but with the rudeness I encountered regarding it. Then I had to wait over 40 mins because they take walk ins and overbook appointments. I have never been to a place that demanded you pay extra and when you said no was basically following me out the door. She also mentioned something about house money. What is that? That lead me to suspect there are more nefarious things happening at this establishment and that I would never recommend anyone to ever have anything done at this place. 0/10 the worst massage experience I have ever encountered. read more

The best Asian massage by far! I'm a massage therapist of 18 years and it's hard for me to find good work as I'm particular. I didn't get the lady's name but she was awesome!! Hot stones, hot towels and she gave extra pressure why walking on my back. Even showed me a few pressure points on my stomach for weight loss (I know massage) so I do know when I need a release for my digestion. When back in town I will be back. read more

Went in for a leg & foot massage. I told them and showed them where I hurt. They started on my back but left the room several times to answer customers coming in the front door. Very bad massage at that. Paid when I walked in, then at the end she handed my receipt back asking to right in a tip. And didn't even offer a happy ending. Charged me for an hour but with all the interruptions. Don't even go here it's a waste. Stay away it's a rip off. read more

I was down in St. Cloud for business and after the long drive down I really needed a massage. I found Wellness Massage just down the street from where I was (I had gotten lost and was several miles away from where I was supposed to be). The place looked clean and the lady was really nice and the price was good, so I figured I should give it a try. I was really impressed with the massage therapist's skill. I am used to getting massages and so when I say that this massage was good... it was good! She was very professional and skilled. She was able to work out the kinks and stiff muscles in my neck.
