Our…read moreyard service, Francysco's Landscaping, just quit when the pavers that they were repairing from our tree that fell over a few weeks ago were not leveled and left with large gaps between pavers. We told him this was unacceptable and he quit on the spot. Pavers are a service that they advertise on their truck that they provide. Apparently that is to their satisfaction and not the paying customer. He charges an outrageous amount and then wonders why you expect quality. We also asked him to fix a valve that was constantly running and over watering our palo verde and he fixed the wrong one. We told him it was still running (which he should have verified before leaving), so he said he must have fixed the wrong valve. His solution was to come back and remove valves that I didn't want removed only to have to come back and undo that work, that was neither needed or approved. Then he has the audacity to try to charge me for that work! Stay away from anyone that charges a fortune by overestimating the cost to do a job and then does not stand behind their work.

He replied yes, so I then asked if he could send me pictures of concrete terraces that he has worked on previously, as any customer would do. He responded telling me, "you're a very complicated customer, I passed the estimate." I was completely shocked at this very rude and unprofessional response. I told Kevin based on what I've read we might need to regrade, or place french drain? These folks at Greenheart Pergolas went above and beyond in their expert workmanship and meticulous detail orientation. Our team of Dagney (supervisor) and installers Pancho and Agustin were thorough and detailed in their work and care. After digging footers, laying concrete and installing the structure as precisely measured, cleaned up both the debris and Pergola leaving the perimeter as if nothing had happened. The 10' by 13' pergola, along with a sliding side screen now covers our spa so we can enjoy it more than ever. We highly recommend these folks who not only do pergolas but other outdoor landscape jobs. They are professional, amicable, friendly, great to work with as well as reasonably priced.
