I haven't washed my windows for a long, long time because I couldn't reach them. I am happy with the work these young guys did. They handled themselves very well and very courteous. The hard water stains were removed and they made sure I was happy with their work. I will use them again. read more

Wish I didn't have to write a bad review - We gave them every change to make things right, but they ignored multiple calls and letters - Oh, well! We arranged thru Amazon Local to have them come clean our windows and roof. The windows were not pristine, but they were better than they were. Some had streaks and water spots, especially in hard to reach places. The guys were gone by the time I noticed, so I let it slide. The roof looked fine from what I could tell, although the entire area smelled so strongly of bleach, it took my breath away. What happened next is the cause of our problems with them. In May we had a massive (more than $20K) landscaping job done. It was just beautiful. Then in December, we had our roof and windows cleaned. Many of the plants were just coming into their blooming season when suddenly every plant near the house died. Spots in the new sod began dying as well, where the downspouts we'd had tied into pop-ups in the lawn spilled chlorine from the roof cleaning into the lawn. Less than a week from the time we had the roof cleaned, just about every plant along the perimeter of our house was dead! We spoke to Wesley Huntsinger at Pristine and explained what happened. He asked us to send pictures, and we did. He assured my husband and me that they would take care of it. He said he would meet with our landscaper at our house to tour the damage. That is last we heard from him. He never responded to further calls and emails from us or from our landscaper. Our landscaper sent him the invoice to replace the dead plants ($700). To date, after many phone calls and emails, we have heard nothing. They state they guarantee their work, but from what we can tell, that doesn't include paying for the damage they cause. We found that this company is set up as an LLC, which is limited liability so if you sue them you can only collect again the current assets of the corporation. You can't sue the owner. The corporation is structured so that it has no assets so there's no way to recovery damages. He claims to be insured but must not be bonded, so his insurance may be just to cover himself if he gets hurt. We just called again before posting this review in hopes they would answer or return the call, but they did not. I hate to give anyone a bad review, but these people are not leaving us any alternative. So be forewarned, anyone who damages your property and won't return your calls, and has their business set up so you cannot collect any of their assets, isn't someone you want doing work on your property. read more

Used them over a year ago and they did a decent job of cleaning my gutters. Tried the again in October and all bad news! Pine needles blown everywhere. I spent an hour after they left picking thatch from the lawn and shrubs. I went up on a ladder and the first downspout I looked at was covered in pine straw and clogged. I sent pictures to them and they said "we will make it right". Three weeks later and a follow up text to them, nothing! read more

Bad Company Do Not Hire - see below Do not hire Pristine Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing to work on your home. They are not a good company and have many customer complaints against them in other markets. Bad service is synonymous with this company I hired them through an Amazon Local special and scheduled them to clean my gutters on a day that my wife was working from home (I was at the office). They showed an hour an half late and had her sign for the work before they started! Then they did the job and split. No notification that the job was done. When I got home I checked the three gutters around my house and noticed that one of them was not cleaned and full of leaves. I called about my issue and they scheduled another appointment for the workers to come back and finish the job. Unfortunately due to heavy rains that day they the appointment was cancelled but they never attempted to reschedule. I contact them and rescheduled the appointment for a day I was home and they never showed up. That day I made three phone calls and got nothing but the run around from the guy on the phone. I was frustrated and felt cheated. At that point I knew they had no intention of coming back so I called Amazon to make a complaint and received a refund. I hired this service to wash exterior windows of our townhouse from an Amazon Local ad. After scheduling an appointment in September that they never showed up for, it was rescheduled FINALLY for 11/14. They spent all of 20 minutes here, did not wash all of our windows and the windows they did wash look worse now than before they "washed" them. Horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible window washers. read more

The WORST company with the most HORRIBLE and UGLY customer service! DO NOT HIRE THEM! Wes, was very rude and disrespectful. Cursing and yelling at me on the phone, when both my husband and I called twice to explain in detail the areas that were missed. Supposedly he knew of only one area and not the others. read more

DONT USE THEM ....they did the MINIMUM POSSIBLE. Frames around windows left filthy (even the small separations between), no efforts to do a complete job and they offer low price to start and increase (DOUBLE) when they get their and redefine what a "window" is. read more

I purchased a 20-window washing package for $89.00 on Amazon Local. I called and made an appointment, and right before the appointment, I was emailed that they had to reschedule and would come 2 weeks later (I was having company, so I wasn't happy with that). The girl who emailed me was very nasty because I was unhappy with the reschedule. Anyway, they were supposed to show up a 1:30 today, and never showed up, nor did they call or return the 3 phone messages I left. I suspect the girl simply cancelled my appointment out of spite. Regardless, this is no way for a business to run, very unprofessional and rude. I will leave poor reviews everywhere and have already lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Amazon Local is great - they immediately refunded my money. read more

Yep, all the other reviews you'll see on these guys are accurate. The gutters may get cleaned, but there is other "collateral damage". Adjacent windows get dirty, debris left everywhere, etc. Whatever is in the gutter goes straight down and is left there. Luckily they dont have my number so I cant get cursed out. WARNING....Very rude and angry person. After the work was done the big guy comes into the shop asking to get paid. He smelled of marijauna and beer so strongly my costumers complained. The windows looked clean but frames were not and there was water all over the floor that I had to mop up. Next time I will just do it myself. I will be talking with other shop owners in the area that use them and try to get them banned from the area. read more
