They also have cleaned out my gutters when needed and make sure it is cleaned to the bottom (see pictures) and not just spraying some leaves out. They do use a cleaning solution in the water which keeps the mold and other growth back for almost a year, making it easy to have them come only annually despite being in Florida. Their attention to detail was spot on and I highly recommend them for the quality workmanship. They came out and gave me a free quote, showed up on time and kept me informed about the weather. Work Day Arrived! They took the time to clean, power wash, and remove any tough stains like rust or oil I had from my grill. They clear away the old sand and strip the sealer before preparing to lay new sand. What I really Liked is they did not rush the job, they showed me a few trouble spots and then got to work to finish the job. In the end, the sand laid out great, the pavers shined in the sun with two coats of high gloss finish. Erick and Bryan finished up wearing spiked shoes as to not get the new pavers dirty, again GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, then wiped down the bottom of the pool cage and did many other things that only true PROFESSIONALs know how to do. The front office called each time and was communicating. They even came out on a Saturday to get the job completed. The crew was professional, communication was great as they walked through the job after completing and went over the details. The craftsmanship was very detailed. I've worked with many contractors and this crew paid attention to the details. Downspouts were placed properly and symmetrical to the house. Gutters look flawless on the roof line. They took the effort and time to make it look seamless. It was a clean installation and the quality is apparent. Had our first heavy rain after the crew left and I watched the system at work. I hate leaving bad reviews for locally owned companies but I have to warn others about this…read morecompany...they get 2 stars for getting the mold off my roof but took away 3 stars because they didn't take care of the vegetation and shrubs as promised on their website. The bleach solution they used got all over my potted plants and shrubs, killing them and will now have to spend extra money to have large shrubs removed. I did let the owner know as his crew only covered 2 bushes and allowed the bleach solution to get on other bushes and my potted plants and within 3 days after the roof wash, these plants were shriveled up and dead. I haven't heard back from him as to how he will compensate or remedy this damage but I do not recommend them as they promise more than they provide. Even my recycling trash can and a Halloween decoration got bleach on them, fading the decoration and etched the top of the recycling can. It's unbelievable this happened as you'd think they are used to doing this all the time and take care of outside shrubs and plants as promised. Had I known they wouldn't cover my plants, I would've brought them inside and covered the shrubs myself.

Their liability coverage is expensive due to the fact they have to climb a ladder and sometimes go on a roof, for each call. They did repair the gutter perfectly and inspected the connections to the fascia for drips that I had noticed. They were able to tell me it was the failure of the roof tape (flat aluminum type). The repairman was most professional and took the time to explain what was done.

We scheduled a new roof in August to get our house ready to move and when the roof was being put on they didn't tarp it correctly and and we received a heavy down pour in our house . almost 12,000 in damages in three seprate rooms. We received two reports from a mold company and an adjustment company . John the owner took responsibility and said he'd fix what was damaged and long story short he didn't. They did a hack job and it should of been a red flag when it didn't pass inspection by the city the first time but we believed John and his contractor mike were good people and trusted they would keep there word. I am definitely not the one to write reviews it honestly makes me sick doing it. but we reached out and tried to work with them for months . So I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. My husband had to leave for his job in Michigan my son and I are here trying to pick up the pieces . They did a horrible patch job and never came back to finish Like promise.
