After reading the great Yelp reviews, I contacted Adrian to arrange a late-night pickup from Albuquerque to Santa Fe on a busy Thanksgiving weekend. Despite the short notice, he kindly fit us in. Adrian and our driver, Brad, stayed in constant communication with us and our daughter throughout the entire process. When her flight was delayed even further, Brad remained in touch, adjusted the pickup accordingly, and made sure she arrived safely in Santa Fe. Our most precious cargo, our daughter, was in the best hands. We are deeply grateful to the Certified Airport Transportation team and recommend them without hesitation. He charged us $40 per person!!! $120 total for a trip into town that Uber or Lyft does for $19-$39! AND he spent the whole trip telling us that he was doing us a favor! My husband gave him the physical address of the hotel we were staying at, but he drove in the opposite direction downtown and then claimed he had another fare, and since he did us a favor by driving us without a reservation, he was dropping us off MILES from our hotel and that he'd come back 30 minutes later to get us! He claimed that "every hotel in Santa Fe is the Santa Fe something-or-other" and that we told him the WRONG HOTEL. WE DID NOT! We booked an Uber out here for our return trip for $19 TOTAL. They are always accommodating and sensitive to whatever the customer's needs are. Otherwise, you are showing a schedule you want to provide, but if enough riders don't schedule you can simply cancel. You have no other drivers? Your schedule is not something you aspire to. It should be correct - it is inaccurate if you cannot staff your routes. Got a response from the business. I DID HAVE A RESERVATION. So did the other people you left waiting on the curb.

For that I hired a car since it was so late. It's a bit confusing how late the Groome shuttles run - the times on the vm recording differ from the times posted on the website. Anyway, a good service, although the shuttle was packed. 14 passengers and a driver. I ended up having an interesting convo with another passenger, but still wish the shuttle was less packed.
