I prefer communicating that way, and they welcome it!! I'm so grateful for that! Whatever the customer wants. I'm so glad they offer all forms of communication. They are always accommodating and sensitive to whatever the customer's needs are. My husband gave him the physical address of the hotel we were staying at, but he drove in the opposite direction downtown and then claimed he had another fare, and since he did us a favor by driving us without a reservation, he was dropping us off MILES from our hotel and that he'd come back 30 minutes later to get us! He claimed that "every hotel in Santa Fe is the Santa Fe something-or-other" and that we told him the WRONG HOTEL. WE DID NOT! We booked an Uber out here for our return trip for $19 TOTAL. Though we had given a tentative schedule and pick up times upon arrival, when our schedule changed they accommodated our needs with minimal to no delay. I highly recommend Bernard's Transportation. I gave them a try, the owner whose name I believe was Marcos, was very kind and patient and explained how the prices worked and what kind of cars they had and the whole process. The day I got picked up, the car showed up 10 minutes early, the driver helped me with luggage, asked me if I wanted any music or keep it quiet. Honestly the chauffeur was first class all the way. It honestly really made the start of the trip that much more enjoyable.

Otherwise, you are showing a schedule you want to provide, but if enough riders don't schedule you can simply cancel. You have no other drivers? Your schedule is not something you aspire to. It should be correct - it is inaccurate if you cannot staff your routes. Got a response from the business. I DID HAVE A RESERVATION. So did the other people you left waiting on the curb.

Price point was good ($58) as was promptness (important for an airport lift). This was considerably less than the $209 I paid when arriving at ABQ at 10pm. For that I hired a car since it was so late. It's a bit confusing how late the Groome shuttles run - the times on the vm recording differ from the times posted on the website. Anyway, a good service, although the shuttle was packed. 14 passengers and a driver. I ended up having an interesting convo with another passenger, but still wish the shuttle was less packed.
