I have a lot to say about this establishment!! Service is five stars! The owner works the floor and helps customers. She's friendly and doesn't care to help and make sure you're sized properly and that you get exactly what you want and need. She was kind enough to let me know the nurses week sale was coming and offered to hold my purchases so I could save 25%. I was buying a lot! So I purchased what would get me by and they held the rest. I went back today and picked up my hold. She remembered me and greeted me kindly. Selection is great! They have plenty of brands and colors so you can find what you need and what feels comfortable. When checking out they tossed in some canvas bags in different sizes. I was also reminded of my rewards status and given options if I wanted to use it now or save it for a bigger discount later. Sounds like a pretty good value to me! Great service from friendly people. The service here is phenomenal and the fact that it's family owned is a plus. They are very patient, and take the time to make sure you get what you need. This place is, I'll just say....selective, when enforcing a random policy of leaving their personal belongings behind the counter. We don't appreciate being singled out nor will we stand for it. Imagine, out here saving lives and the lives of your loved ones and this place has the nerve to be "selective" about when and "with who" they tell to leave their personal items aside. I had such an amazing experience while in this store! I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I needed any help and the worker that helped me was super knowledgeable about the brands and placement of each within the store. When it came to the conclusion that what I was looking for wasn't in the store itself, the whole team of employees began looking up and calling other locations to see if they had my item in stock. We compromised and the staff was able to order the items that I was looking for with ease. This was the 6th scrub store that I had visited today in search of what I needed and this was by far the best customer service and experience that I received. I usually have a good experience when I go to PRN but this time was different. I don't think the owner was here this time because I am usually greeted and helped right away. But when I walked in and said hello, the two women up front completely ignored me and kept watching whatever video they were watching. I did have questions but when I said excuse me I was ignored again. I'm not about to chase down anyone for assistance. And I was the ONLY customer in the store...no way they shouldnt have heard me..I wanted to shop but I just couldn't do it. I don't know if I'll come back.... read more

I've been buying my scrubs from this company for quite some time. The employees are always very helpful, very friendly, and provide great customer service. However, it never fails that I always find something that I like and they are out of my size. It's seriously very annoying and frustrating. They are always quick to offer to order what you need in store and it'll be available in one week, but if I wanted to wait for something I would just order it online. If I'm coming into a store I'm wanting to get it that day. I'm not an abnormal size either, usually a small or medium. I'm not sure what the issue is other than that I was once told that they usually only order one size of each item. I think that's a little crazy but that's just me. Today is the last day I'll ever probably go to the store. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to take advantage of the tax free weekend as well as a coupon they offered but, once again, they didn't have what I was looking for. read more

I was in the mall looking ALL OVER for this place-- wrong. It's right next to Mattress One and if you've eaten at Thai House, drive there and go right from the restaurant until you run into it near the end of the worn out strip mall's edge. PRN Uniforms has a ton of scrubs to look through which come in various colors and sizes for both men and women. Most of them are from the Cherokee brand. These scrubs are pretty pricey. It's about $30 for a scrub top and a couple more dollars for the pants $32-ish. But the style is a little nicer than your average looking basic scrubs. The material is a little thick and good quality too. Sizes range from XXS-XL, that I've seen. These run a little large, so I would suggest definitely going down a size, maybe two. I know girls like to look cute, even in scrubs, so this is a store to check out if you're willing to pay a little more for style and durability. But if you want cheaper scrubs, then they sell this brand online for half the price, albeit more limited selections. Still wouldn't hurt to browse through. I would drop by the store to find your size before ordering online, though. And if you want to go even cheaper than that, I'd head on over to Metro Uniforms aka Scrubs in Irving. Some of their scrubs are $16 apiece, no extra costs for shipping. What a steal! Overall, good scrubs store in Arlington. Was greeted upon walk-in. I just wish they had a sales rack, haha. read more

This is the only place I buy scrubs. They are by far the most organized shop in Arlington. I also love that they carry different lengths of pants as I am 5'11'' and need the Tall cut so it doesn't look like i have on Capri's at work. They do offer embroidery but it takes a while to get back as they outsource it. They do run out of alot of the middle sizes quickly- M,L,XL but they can usually order you whatever size you need. read more

Excellent selection of scrubs.. they are good at ordering special sizes they are out of. My complaint with the store is the customer service is bad. No one offers to help you. I I had a lot of problems in the dressing room and continually had to walk out and ask for help. That was annoying. They love to sit on the stool behind the counter and talk amongst themselves. One of them brings their toddler to work and he is usually in desperate need of a nap. Cranky..crying.. Not a pleasant shopping experience!!! This place makes it so easy to go in and out and get the work clothes that I need! They have a really good selection and the jockey label I got last time were SO SO comfy! They have a great sale rack in the back also and their customer service is awesome! Everyone was really friendly and attentive without being overbearing! Everyone here is extremely friendly and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process of picking out my first scrubs! They have a massive selection from all sorts of different brands in all sorts of different colors and patterns. They also use 5 star and you earn rewards there as well that can get you discounts and free items. I've already bought 5 scrub tops and 3 pants there ! I'm impressed! This mother daughter operation is the best option for DFW. Despite a rather small store they have a large selection and what they do not have they make sure you know that it can be ordered. They have great customer service in spades and made an often tedious process rather simple. I've been to each of the 4 other options we have "locally" from Dallas to Hurst (Scrubs Etc, Uniform Destination, Scrubs & Beyond, etc) and have been extremely underwhelmed but this store takes the cake for so many reasons.
