Tom Morneault of Morneault Environmental was the only guy I could find that would not only treat the wood to remove anything growing on it/get rid of the smell, but his team also removed old wood and insulation and re-insulated for me as part of the deal, which was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other companies I talked to, which would only remove the old wood and insulation, they don't put anything back in. Tom's team was here by 8:30 this morning and by 2pm they were done and it looks fantastic and smells crisp and clean. They didn't even stop for breaks or have to make any trips to get supplies, they had them all in the van, including the insulation boards. Very highly recommended if anyone is in the same situation.

Provided proof of insurance coverage right up front and a fair written estimate. After a couple of scheduling issues, they came out with the just the right equipment, and the crew worked together like a well -oiled machine to complete the job in about 2 hrs. Although not officially in the contract, they also took a small pile of branches I had piled up from one of the trees at no cost. Left a nice clean lawn and swept street so you hardly knew they were there. Very professional start to finish.
