Rich is very friendly on the phone and told me there would be a &75.00 service fee that he would wave if I decided to use his services. He arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m., looked at the problem which is a cracked PVC pipe below my sprinkler valve and quoted me $495.00 to repair it. I could not believe it. I told him I would not be using his services, among a few other things. It simply saddens me that these kind of services exist.
