We needed the carpets cleaned in our new home before we moved in. The carpeting on the stairs was especially bad, and I was skeptical if some of the stains would come out. Just has Pro Carpet clean my living room carpet because they did a great job last time since they spent a lot of time and effort to get it clean. This time not so much as spots returned immediately with little signs of having been cleaned. Unless the owner is doing the work, don't bother with their carpet cleaning service.
