We had all clean help us with the damage done from a leaking dishwasher. They were at our within two hours of calling them, even though they had to travel from Post Falls to where we live. They did a of damage and within a day or they had begun removing damage flooring and drywall. They set up dehumidifiers and fans for a couple of weeks and came to our every day or so to check on the progress. They also have taken care of all the necessary arrangements with the insurance company. Both myself and my wife are extremely happy with their professionalism and their expertise. We found the carpet in the basement guest room was growing damp near the corner, so we moved quickly before mold could take hold. We called Allklean and they sent out a crew to look over the room and make recommendations. Mr. Grant Trampes provided us with an overview of the potential foundation leak that was causing the problem and alternative solutions. We were impressed by the presentation and approved the estimate. The crew went right to work stripping the room, carpet and walls around the leak. They set up equipment to dry the area completely. Mr. Trampes isolated the problem area and prepared a thorough report with photos for our insurance company. He also recommended a contractor to restore the room once the foundation was sealed. My apartment was not flooded and they completely lied on their report. They were very unprofessional and didn't even have the correct equipment to assess the damage. They are liars and they helped Copper Landing LLC fabricate evidence to wrongfully evict me and my children. A faulty plumbing fixture leaked water throughout my bathroom and down to the basement room below. YIKES !! Kevin Bunce, owner, and his team are amazing!!The day after Thanksgiving we discovered a leak and called Kevin. He arrived and assessed the damage and set a plan of action. After the plumbers corrected the problem Kevin's team arrived and put down ram board and wore booties to protect our floors, then they got to work.Every sub-contractor that was hired was professional, personable, dependable, reliable ,and courteous; that's because that's the kind of guy Kevin is and he hires people like himself.
