Didn't use this place. Can't review a place that I did not sue. Try, you might like it. I don't know so I can't say.

Service horrible. 38$ for a full deal, interior wipe down, tire shine, underbody and undercarriage wash with wax included, etc. I reviewed my car to see dirt on my flooring in the backseat, dust and footprints from my children still remaining on my front dashboard, brown spots on my seats and dirt spots still remaining on the outside of my car, and little to NO wax job. The price for this was exceedingly high for a piss-poor job. I am also left with scratched and damaged windshield including streak marks from their red microfiber towel. My tires were not cleaned properly considering the fact I paid 38$, from far back I assumed my wheels were cleaned to expectation, once looking closer I realized my expectations had been failed. The step up for my truck is also highly dirty an improperly cleaned. Do not come to this car wash. Would not recommend coming here to this shitty car wash. read more

They raised prices in Oct 2025 from $49.99 to $60/mo. $120 more a year with no prior notice. Charge just showed up on my credit card.

My wife and I drove from Arizona with two dogs. Took our vehicle here and they did a GREAT job getting the vehicle presentable again.

After having problems at there other location in Rock Island about 10 years ago. U would think I would know not go to their new location. Lesson learned! It had seriously been that long since I took it to this place. They broke off my dash cam and broke the stand. Causing damage to my $600 dash cam! Cant figure out how to fix the dash cam yet. I was forced to order new stand for it due to it being broke/cracked and they tried to fix it there, but failed to come get me causing more damage. I physically saw them also knock off my back dash cam. They just threw it back up, didn't even check to see if it was correct. Now my dash cam beeps almost every time I pass a street sign. Full service at this location is a joke. Always understaffed & you get nothing but excuses. I've been to all 4 Quad City locations & only experience this in Moline. If the management can't properly man the full service lanes, they should change it all to express washes. I avoid this location. read more

Went there today, and the interior cleaning was almost non existent. The exterior looked fine, but vacuuming, dash cleaning and window washing was shoddy at best. $32.00 for a full clean, and I had to redo the interior myself. paid $300. dollars to have a total detail for inside and outside of cadillac, inside was terrible had to clean when we got it home, wheels were not touched and door jams were rushed throug, ran my fingers through them and dirt came off! carpet was fair. we did some cleaning that should have been done by them!! sad to pay that much money!! total rush job. I have the monthly exterior .. today some dirty areas around the car. The pre-wash and definitely the towel dry folks could stand to get a little more serious about their effort. Fast talking guy is rude and obnoxious! He spits out his script in an attempt to sell their monthly subscription service. Other than that, the wash is average. The drive-through cleans nicely and does the job if you are looking for exterior wash only. read more

The car wash was fine. Not a convenient location, but okay. I tried to cancel the monthly subscription though and was told that I had to do it in person instead of over the phone. A month later, after another monthly fee was charged, I finally remembered to come down here to cancel. I slipped on the slippery floor and spilled my $10 coffee while walking in. I told them but they ignored that. Then she can't find my account with either my name or credit card info. 20 minutes later, they finally found my account and then refused to refund my money. Quite the little scam they have going to snake their customers out of a lousy $17. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

I just came from this business and I will not go back there. My previous experiences there were only mediocre and I have requested additional details completed when they had finished every time I go as I did this time. Granted, I requested the $38 service, but even that wash should be basic cleaning inside and out---- which I did not receive. When requested, they did again wash the front of the truck which had basic dirt grime and bugs. I did not expect a "detail " at all. Its not easy to see the results within the facility due to lighting, but when I arrived home, I was very disappointed. Dirt in multiple areas on truck body. Inside looked as though it had been barely touched. Windows were still dirty with few areas that were attempted to be barely cleaned. Both customers in front and behind me were dissatisfied and were requesting for corrections to be made. And to think I paid $38 for such a horrible service. I would never consider the monthly plan with this quality of service. I will not return! read more

This place is a complete joke! Terrible service and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!! Since the change of hands it's went completely down hill. The previous owners had great employees that were respectful and courteous, now they hire creeps that make ppl feel uncomfortable and nothings ever done about them even tho it's a reoccurring problem!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE! Save you money and do it yourself, you'll be much happier trust me! Oh, now the cheapest full service is $32, it wasn't good for $19 before! read more

Absolutely terrible production at this location. Whoever "detailed" the inside is either blind or just didn't care - all windows and windshield weren't cleaned (if they were you'd never know) and the dash wasn't wiped at all. The front end still had a thousand bugs and dirt on it. No attention to detail; only worried about turnover. Worst $38, not including tip, I have ever spent. I will never go back to this location. read more
