I had signed up for the recurring monthly any time wash for $30.00. I called in and cancelled which they said occurred on October 19, 2021. I explained I was leaving town for several months. When I received my credit card bill, the charge for $30.00 was on there for October. I called and explained and was told by the 'manager' that the bill came out on October 18th so they would not refund the charge. I did not use any washes during that time. I asked for a refund and was refused. I said I certainly wouldn't be back to sign up again next year when I return. The manager's attitude was rude and made it clear he didn't need my business. You pay for convenience, not quality. They rush you through and do a shotty job every time. It can be very disappointing when you spend a lot of money and see kids not even looking at your car when they spray their product on half of the areas then just smear it around and leave streaks all over. They slop the tires so you have splatter all over your fenders when you get home. Don't leave a change cup if you get a detail unless you plan on them taking it. The "salesman" at this car wash. Why a salesman first of all. Informed me that for what I wanted outside and inside it would cost 100.00. There was no in between. What? I didn't want a detail. Absolutely terrible. They bent the front license plate and holder off the bumper and saw nothing wrong with that. There was sticky abrasive stuff on the door and front grill that wasn't there before I went in, and the vacuum detailing left grass on my carpet. Not sure what the negative reviews are about... It took too long, line was too long - that's because they do a great job. I got right in, hand wash top to bottom with wax, 40 minutes and $30-$50 less than competition. Not to mention the manager was extremely helpful and passionate about his company and job. Took it there to have it cleaned and they recommended I do the totals interior clean which was $120. So I dropped it off not even an 30 mins later they call me and said my car is ready. Long story short they didn't clean any of the car besides the back seat where the puke was which I did not really car cause the care was brand new, but when I looked later there was still puke on my ceiling and back of my seat. read more

If you like getting your car a decent detail but getting it back damaged, this is your one stop shop. I dropped it off because in all fairness my car was disgusting! I opted for the $150 service even though I planned on the $90 service because they did a great job the first time I went. Well two hours later I pick it up and start driving out of the parking lot only to see that both my front driver side and passenger side tinting has been nicked up. It looks like either something was in the microfiber towel they used to clean the windows or someone had a ring on and ran it across my window. I turn around and bring it right back. Have to wait for Justin the manager to call, who then says he has to call the district manager. A week later I'm told that because they've never seen it in their 10+ years of experience that I am lying and they will not fix it. I wish it didn't cost so much for small claims because that's where I would take them. I am NOT a liar, especially about a $140 fix. I wish I could get a hold of the owner but apparently he lives in Kentucky. This place is shady and I highly recommend NEVER going here if you want to be treated as a liar for damage they do. Update: after personally talking to John, regional manager he will be authorizing a refund for fixing the tinted windows. He was curt IOU's and understanding. He understood where I was coming from and my belief that they had damaged the windows. read more

I, myself used to come here twice a week. Until I had a problem. While my vehicle sliding through their automatic system I heard a loud bang, could feel it also. I didn't think much of it at the time. I had driven up the road and parked and got out to go in somewhere, noticing my mudflap was hanging off my vehicle. You could tell it was completely ripped! It was beyond repair, I called there and they just blew me off. So I decided to make a police report, The officer explained to me that he could tell it was definitely their fault, he could tell that it was just ripped off. The officer also informed me that I am not the only one that has had similar and other problems that have not been handled correctly. He said I could take it to small claims court, but I know better than that. It would cost way more than $40 my price for a new part. So I decided to take my business elsewhere, and have been going there ever since and have not had an issue. The best thing for this establishment would have been to pay the measly $40 for the part, that is all it would've costed with my employee discount. I wasn't asking for them to fix it I have someone to do that, just the part. They lost my business of going there twice a week just for myself. They have also lost the business of five additional households, my family refuses to go there after seeing my vehicle. Nowadays I would be going there much more often, which would include losing a total of 6 washes per week just from my household. Since I own more vehicles now. My family washes their vehicles about the same amount of times we do. We like to keep them in the best condition possible for resale value. Horrible car wash for $26. The floor mats weren't dry, the didn't wipe off the Middle console, didn't vacuum between the seats, door jams weren't dried, even the car wasn't dried off very well. I asked for the wheel and shine, the sign said it was 18$. When I went in to pay it was $26. I didn't say anything, thought they would do a nice job. I was WRONG!! Don't waste your money. my truck was dirtier when I left than when I got there. Spray marks all over interior, my weather tech Matts bent under seats moved all the way up, not vacuumed, not clean inside or out. Paid extra for "super interior clean" joke. Asked for a refund and was told they do not give back money and that they did their best. We have 3 vehicles, and I usually go here when I need an exterior wash only. If Water Park offered exterior only, I'd never go here.Their exterior service is $8.00...cheap but they always forget something in their rush to get to the next vehicle. There doen't seem to be any quality control at all. If their service was better, i'd do one of their monthly plans in the winter, Finally, although the car wash business is high turnover in general, they can't sem to keep employees who try to do a good job. When done and I was inspecting, the chrome wheels weren't even close to clean, neither was the grill. Very disappointing, The staff did re-do them better and tried. What PO'd me most, was when I went in to complain, NO manager even bothered to talk to me. Then after leaving we noticed the interior doors and part of dash, not touched. They did do a good job on windows and mostly over-all, The complete failure of management. no excuse. They are making to better the services and make your car washing experience better. They introduced there unlimited plan for car wash which I have enjoyed wash my truck there. This car wash used to be my favorite place to take my car until Proclean took over. I used to be able to get my car washed and a DECENT interior wipe down for around 13 bucks. I used come once a week because it was a nice place to come with fair prices. Although the people are still nice the prices are outrageous and they try to nickle and dime you. Now for the minimum exterior and interior I payed 18 bucks after tax and they do an awful interior wipe down, I still have dust all over. Very disappointed.
