Won't be back. I've been coming for years. There was two cars in line for total wash and I still waiting in line for 30min with my car running and AC going with gas prices just beyond....so already not happy...One of the kids sprayed me with water from his hose as I walk into building, and to top it off Tim the cashier didn't even greet me...just game me my tots. I then said I wanted to scan my card and you guys seriously don't have a scanner. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Thankfully I had cash on me. I gave him cash, he gave me change and not even a thank you or see you next time. HORRIBLENESS. Done. WAITTTT it gets even worse once I got my "clean car" after an hour of wait time and I was the third car! I paid for a full Service car wash which is supposed to include interior and exterior here are some examples of my interior not even being cleaned and my windshield is also still dirty. When I called to speak with a manager the employee at the desk told me he was unsure if the manager was on staff I told him to have the owner give me a call and I left my contact info. To top it all off I was the third car in line and it still took 1 hour for the half way clean job! So time wasted, money wasted, oh and valuable gas waisted!!!! I also know for a fact that they hire people who will steal luxury items, if left out in your car, so always hide those!!! (I already knew this so I always took my valuables with me) read more

Ok vacuuming, Poor window cleaning. Biggest issue was ABOUT SMUDGES and CRUD ON WINDOWS...I paid for windows to be cleaned, and they did a half way job. There were hand prints and a coke drip on the front apassenger window, plus several dog drool marks on other windows. I paid to have ALL the windows done and they only do part of the car? Took my car to get cleaned after a road trip with my toddler. Paid extra to get the leather seats cleaned from milk splatter. When they were done: the front grill was still covered in bugs, the cup holders hadn't been touched (we cleared it because their website said they would clean them if they were empty) l, the touch screen in the front was still covered in finger prints, and the seats in the back were still splattered in milk! I got in and wiped them myself with a baby wipe and it came right off so they didn't even touch it. Seriously disappointed with the whole experience read more

Not really to happy with this place. My husband and I brought our vehicle in for a wash because a friend of ours talked about how good of a job you did on her vehicle. Well, that was not the case with ours, I am not happy with the job they did. Windows were still dirty, gear shift are and cup holders were dirty, and did not think that a few things from our vehicle would end up missing. But we should of known that something would have from the comment that one employee (do not know his name but I know the face), comment he made when my husband remembered to get his phone. The employee said "If you don't take it, I would have." What kind of crap is that? Can't trust No ONE! So people, take a picture of what you have in your vehicle that you can not carry while it is being cleaned. Take a picture of glove boxes, arm rest storage, everything, and take all valuables with you, do NOT leave them in your vehicle (even if it is some change or a few dollar bills). I do not and will not go back to this place, they are thief's!!!! read more

My first time through the car wash and I was greeted with a sincere smile and welcome. No high pressure to upgrade to a more expensive service. The results to my car were more than expected. This car wash should be avoided at all cost. They will tell you they can only get clean cars clean. That comes straight from the owner Tim. I can't believe he has been in business since 1996. A lot of people must be throwing there money out their dirty car windows. He doesn't stand behind his so called policy of taking care of his customers. He is A very arrogant person. It was a total waste of 23 dollars yet 23 and they couldn't get it clean it wasn't that dirty. Sorry to anyone I recommended this place too! Pardon me, for I am not a "yelper", but I couldn't let this one go. After getting my car "washed", then getting home to find out they missed the entire back of the car, I returned for another "wash". I spoke to a gentleman in a white shirt, who agreed the car was obviously still dirty. They washed it again. I'm normally a person who makes no stink about anything, but this was awful. I would be embarrassed to have someone pay $32 for a wash then let them leave not once, but twice with a filthy car. ZERO attention to "basic detail", notice I said basic. I will NEVER return here ever again. Not once, but twice I was swindled. Don't pay for the tire shine either, my car looked like it had crop circles of tire shine, very poorly applied. I couldn't even walk back in there. I went home and finished my car on my own. Mind you I pulled 3 microfibers full of dirt off of it. I know it's not the owners fault, but someone should supervise these kids doing this. If someone brought an issue to my attention, while fixing it I would pay extra close attention the second time around. Nope, not here. Today I learned a $32 lesson. read more

I am a long-time customer of Total Detailing. When I moved to the Quads 5 years ago I tested the local full-service car wash joints on both sides of the river, and at the time Total Detailing was heads and shoulders above the rest, including WaterPark. I always get the Renew ($24.95) because the attendants took such good care of my cars. Unfortunately, beginning sometime over the summer of 2015 the quality of the service has gone downhill. The customer service isn't what it was, and I've had to have my car run through twice because I was not happy with the results. Footprints on the leather seats, not scrubbing the bugs off the hood and no application of armor-all on the tires are just to name a few complaints. To the owners: Please hire better staff who care about their jobs and about my car! Until then I'm heading elsewhere. read more

The $10.95 Express Plus is the best car wash at an "auto" car wash I've ever spent. The hand scrub and wash beforehand and hand dry afterwards really is all the difference. I would recommend and will visit in the future. read more

I brought my mustang and here to be washed detailed here, I purchased a #2, they are supposed to wipe down the doors and dashboard, neither was done. When I asked about it, they said they did it, but why is it when I rub my hand across the dashboard, I got a hand of dust? They did not full dry the outside of my car either, leaving me with water streaked windows. I do not recommend this place. Waste of my money. Very dissatisfied customer. I used to get detailing from the owner before he opened this place. He always did an amazing job but this car wash has gone way down hill! I will never go back! I watched my truck almost hit another car. They did a poor jOb cleaning the vehicle and the guy tried 4 times to close my automatic mirrors with his hand. I don't drive a fancy vehicle but I would have thought he had never seen automatic mirrors before. read more

This service is horrible. The outside looks great, but many places inside my car that are clearly untouched. The first visit it was the same. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back this morning. Same poor service. Mud is sprayed on the inside of my back hatch. Spots still have the same dust on it. I specifically put a coin in one spot to see if they touch it, and there it sits. Horrible horrible quality. read more

Place was busy, Wish I would have looked at reviews first ordered a #3 renewal vehicle got washed and some dried windshield and hood still wet no rainx as ordered and dash and interior were cleaner going in than coming out, used dirty rags from someones obviously dirtier vehicle. Had to rewash when I got home and clean interior. They were busy but you should get the service you requested or tell people up front that all you can get at this time is a wash and charge accordingly Won't be going back waste of an hour and $30.00 read more

I brought my car there to get only the exterior of my car detailed. They detailed the interior of the car as well and charged me for it. When confronted with the price difference, the people attempted to blame me saying that the detailing took longer than they thought and they had to charge me double. Then I asked if they had cleared the extra charges with me before continuing in case I couldn't afford to pay an extra $100. THEN to top it all off they cleared out my change dish for me as well. No good answers to any of this, I highly encourage people to stay away. No one in this shop attempted to make it right, they were correct and the customer was wrong... read more

Had seats cleaned in my Silverado, fast detailing, it was fabulous job (on the seats). Went on my lunch hour, and as promised, it was done in less than an hour. As for the #3 car wash, the floors were not well swept, crumbs and dirt on edges, even the mats were not cleaned well. Then when I got back to work I was able to look into the bed. There was debris, twigs and mud still sitting in plain sight! I paid almost $60 for the services, and definitely do NOT feel it was worth my time. After I call and complain, I will go back for a redo on the wash. I will stick to Waterpark on Kimberly in the future! read more

I used this facility for the first time in December 2015. I purchased the complete interior and exterior detailing. My SUV looked SO GOOD when I picked it up, stains that had been in the headliner and carpeting for several years gone. The exterior just glistened. Even the wheel wells were cleaned. I called Total Detailing today to get my car's exterior detailed. I was told I had to drop the car off at 8 am and leave it all day. I said that I couldn't do that but could wait a few hours while it was being done. I was told they had to have the car all day. No thanks! I'll find someone else to do it. read more
