My tires were not cleaned properly considering the fact I paid 38$, from far back I assumed my wheels were cleaned to expectation, once looking closer I realized my expectations had been failed. He stated up front that of the car was "really bad" it would be extra but he would let us know when he evaluated the car. Very clear, up front and honest. The work ended up being a bit extra but only $25 more and this was clearly stated. The work was FABULOUS! The car looks spotless and smell fantastic! He was able to get of sticky kids stains and crumbs out of the gear shift! There was one pen spot on the passenger side that he was not able to get out but it looked MUCH better. I wasn't home through the entire process as I had to work but he was in constant communication providing updates via text with photos. His quality of work and attention to detail is immaculate.
