Although the machines are new, the dryers almost always destroy my towels. I long for the day when I can finally do my own laundry at home.

The machines are new and it is very conveniently located. Some times people come in and take almost all the large washers and leave. They don't come back in the half hour when the washer is done. This ties the machines up. Then they take most of the dryers and leave again. This ties up the dryers well past their clothes dry time. It doesn't happen all the time but enough to be inconvenient for other customers. It's usually clean and I've never been afraid to go there at anytime. Township police are close and usually very responsive. I've only seen the police called a couple of times over the many years I have used this facility. I would recommend this business. read more

I've been coming here since the 90's they've always taken care of my stuff. My suits always come back fine and never have a problem with items missing ever. I only gave 4 stars cause it is dated on the inside and could use an update. It has been here since the late 70's early 80's as far as I know. So you'd think they could afford a bit of an update. I've used this Pro Clean a handful of times. Last week, I dropped off one of my CK suit jackets, apparently covered with a stubborn, hard to remove stain, to be dry cleaned. They got it back to me the next day, back in perfect condition. No stain was visible. I was unsure if it could be removed, but they managed to get it out. The cleaning fee was pretty cheap, especially considering the retail price of the jacket. It was barely $5. I was okay with that. Where can I get a better deal on dry cleaning services than that? Nowhere from everything I've noticed. That is the dry cleaning standard price for the area. I can't say anything about Pro Clean as a laundromat because I've never used it before because I have a washer/dryer in my own home. However, I did use Pro Clean before to dry clean a king size comforter and duvet that were too large to wash in our own washing machine. Those came clean as well and the cost wasn't too bad. Their customer service at the counter was perfectly alright. The girl at the counter during both recent visits to drop off and pick up my jacket was nice and polite and did not leave me waiting around twiddling my thumbs. She informed me off the return/refund policy if I wasn't happy with their service, which seemed fair to me. I was slightly irked by the volume of signs posted everywhere informing customers to end all phone calls before approaching the front counter, but that really wasn't that big of an issue. Maybe they had a problem with customers gabbing away on their cellphones while at the counter and this was their attempt at reducing the problem? I would assume that was the case and would explain the signs plastered in every nook and cranny. If I need any additional dry cleaning down the road, I'll be sure to utilize this one again. read more

I WAS a Pro Clean (Flint Twp) dry cleaning customer, monthly, for over 5 years. Recently, I had used the laundromat for the first time to wash a large comforter. After putting $2 in detergent and $7 in the machine, I was unable to get it to 'start'. The attendant refused to refund me, instead, taking my name & phone number & told me "Jay" the manager would contact me the next day. Two days later, I called "Jay" and he said he was to busy the day before to respond to my message and "would look into it." Five days later, I called "Jay" back and he treated me, as if I were attempting to steal $9 from his family business. He was arrogant, belligerent, interrupting me and when I attempted to reason w/ him, he hung up. Beware of terrible customer service at Pro Clean. read more

My review is solely on the laundry mat itself as I never used the dry cleaners. Lots of washers and dryers available..the coffee was always full and never once saw it empty.it had a car game, vending machines, and a coin game..im sure I spent more on that game than on the place itself..its right by Kroger and dollar General so if you don't want to wait you can go kill time. When I started to frequent this laundrymat I had never had to use a laundromat before and they had signs posted all over saying to check the dryer before using them for residue or whatever the case may be...so I did just that and the dryer I was gonna use had like blue chalk in it and I notified the ppl and picked a different one.if it hadn't been for the signs my clothes would of been ruined. read more

Washer took a dump so came in here. Service is absolutely horrible, no one behind the counter knows the machines. The machines don't even rinse out the soap!! I will never come back here. I thought this place would be running smoothly since it's been here so long. Wishful thinking is all that was. Couldn't even select the appropriate water temperate unless I jumped on a $4 machine. Not the best and it's also not the worst. Okay as laundromat and drycleaners go. Drycleaners services are fair enough, prices are great. They run a lot of specials, which is why I use them. Laundromat is grungy, lots of gross dudes hanging around. Watch your load like a hawk and your valuables too. Dress in your most grubby clothes and you'll feel like a regular customer. Don't bother using any of their soap because it doesn't do shot for anything. Bring a friend and don't go at night alone to do laundry. Cheap and average. Never go alone . read more

Horrible service. I took a dress in to have the zipper replaced, went to pick it up on the day I was told it would be done and was told it wasn't done - I received no call from them to tell me this, even though they had my phone number. The next day the same thing happened, and I told them that I needed my dress back so that I could take it to someone who I could trust - they refused to give me my property, decided to call the police and then lie to the police - saying that my dress was not on the premises when asked by the police. DO NOT use Pro Clean unless you appreciate having your clothing being taken hostage. read more

Can't speak for the dry cleaning section, but I have been using the laundry side once or twice a week for several months now. I love the big washers ($4.00), big enough for a queen size comforter, on the back wall. They clean good, rinse good, and spin out more water then the other washers. I've had problems once or twice, but the folks at the desk were courteous and helpful, and the one time it involved losing money in a machine, reimbursed me without argument. Usually I take them home and dry them, but occasionally if it's a Tuesday I take advantage of their Senior Citizen Day - $2.00 dollars free for the dryers. The floors and machines and bathrooms are clean. I can't imagine going to any other laundry mat. read more

I attend there weekly at least one time there always neat and clean. I never see to many thing broken down or misused. I am able to go start my laundry take off back home(I only live like 2 mins down the road.)go back in a hour place my clothes in the dryer go back home chill for about an hour. Then I head back and grab my cloths to bring home and, fold my laundry. Never had a problem of any sort. I recommend that if this laundry Matt is the closest or close to you to go here. You will not regreat it. Since my boyfriend starting me going to laundry Matt I will not attend another one as long this one as close as it is. read more

The manager was really rude. I had some curtains cleaned and they shrunk 4 inches. When I called about the problem she was very rude and said that is why there is a verbal release, I was told the backing may be ruined which it was but I was never warned about skrinkage. I asked if they could do anything for my trouble and for ruining my $200 curtains she stated that if I was unhappy I should go elsewhere. read more

Although my preference would be no stars, this is an absolutely horrible location. I took my heirloom Hudson Bay wool blanket to be cleaned. I called first to make sure that they did this kind of service and was assured that this was something they handled all the time. The blanket went and came home approximately 6" shorter on both sides and without all the fuzziness/fluff. It lost 2 1/2 lbs of the blanket, I have an identical blanket that I did not take, I used this for comparison purposes. I took the blanket back to speak to the owner/manager Jay Hung, who was so very rude and dismissed my issues. I found absolutely no satisfaction in speaking to this person, he couldn't explain where the fluff went, but was sure it was not in his lint trap. This blanket was cleaned at the dry cleaners not the laundy mat area. I would not recommend this place for any type of service. read more
