It's Friday, April 4, 2025 & I just left Pro Clean in Grand Blanc. The petite girl who says she married the owner recently and is now an owner of the company, has been so nasty, mean spirited & unprofessional. I have been going to this business for 15+ years and was able to overlook her nastiness when Diana worked there, but unfortunately she retired and there is no overlooking this young lady. she told me today if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. I asked to speak to the owner which is when I found she is an owner. She told me to get out and don't come back. Done. Dropped off my items at Grand Blanc Cleaners. I was treated with respect & professionally. I spent an average of 85.00 every two weeks at Pro Clean & I'm embarrassed I didn't leave sooner. Word of warning: if you plan to do coin laundry here, make sure you hit the ATM beforehand. I was planning on buying a bill for the change machine from the front counter, accepting that I'd have to pay extra for the credit card reader fees, but the women behind the counter refused. It was obvious they wanted nothing to do with me, and had no care whether I spent my money at the laundromat or not. Worst Experience Ever at the Grand Blanc, Michigan location on several occasions!!! They checked me in and gave me a slip for one price and when I returned to pick up my clothes, they charged me a much higher price and will get unprofessional if you ask any questions. The quality of their cleaning has significantly went down over the years and clothes come back dirty. Employee Brian is the rudest person I know and my family and I will never use them again. Loria would not answer my question when I simply asked what was the difference with 25% removed from my bill. She was very rude. She was tossing clothes at me and when she finally gave me the cost of the bill was like are you not gonna pay? I can call the law and you can talk to them. I tried to call today to talk, and the staff member said that the problem was my wife. She claimed that I was arguing with staff but acknowledged other customers were present. VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE! I took in my white, fairly new, "Hotel" brand, king-size comforter for laundry service on Wednesday, 11/13. I picked it up on Friday. On Saturday, I took it out of the zippered bag to discover it wasn't mine; far too small/wrong size, and wrong brand. I took it back to them and nicely pointed out the issue. They refused to work with me at all, saying that they do not make mistakes, and insisted that this wrong comforter was mine. I showed them a screen shot of mine to show the brand name (from when I ordered it not long ago online), to show the difference in brand name. They refused to look at any of the other (4-5 at least) white comforters they had in bags, refused to refund either the price of the comforter or the money I paid to have it cleaned. I have gone to Proclean for years for dry cleaning and have never had an issue. Until this past week when I had pants altered for the first time. The alteration was fine when I picked them up but didn't try them on until I came home. They were still dragging on the floor by about 2 1/2" I went back and asked them to fix the hem. The alteration lady said she would and then added that she would charge me AGAIN!! It wasn't my error as they pinned them there with the same shoes I brought in. I told her that was very upset and didn't think that was fair. I eventually caved and gave in as I was leaving for a trip and needed them the next day. I definitely won't have anything altered there again and honestly think twice about giving them business in the future. Bad business and customer service. Honestly, I will think twice before giving them anymore business. If customer service is not a priority then I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I have patronized this location for quite some time. They do a good job. VERY DISAPPOINTED to see the staff allowing customers inside WITHOUT MASKS. I asked about why this was happening and the woman at the counter was clearly not happy with my question . With Covid19 ramping up in Michigan businesses should be vigilant. Proclean like all businesses is private property and has the right to require masks. Her very Lame response to my question: "I have no comment on that". This particular dry cleaners had very poor service. I went today. Not only did no one else try to help but the person that was assisting customers skipped over me and handled a large order before considering assisting me. Then to only walk away and get the phone. The service is horrible and they do not take ownership of their business at all. I had about 200 dollars worth of dry cleaning and pants they needed to be hemmed. Took it all home and discovered 2/4 were not hemmed, brought it back and was told it will be ready by Monday, this was Saturday. Came on Wednesday and it was not ready then return Friday and was told that they were not responsible for stuff after it leaves their place. So I paid $54.00 for 4 pants to be hemmed only to get two done and I would still need to pay to get the other two done. Additionally, picked up 3 shirts and was told that the stain still on the one shirt is not there responsibility to get the stain out. Really?! Both my daughter and myself took our gowns to Linda at Proclean for alterations. What we thought would be simple alternations became an utter disaster. My gown was basically cut with dull scissors at the bottom of which was a jagged mess, uneven and the lining too short. The beads on the dress had fallen off throughout the dress. When confronted Linda stated "I guess I should have used sharper scissors". Really??? She also stated the she should have used a roller to cut it. When asked why she didn't, she stated she didn't have that equipment. At one point she laughed about the situation as to where I had told her I found absolutely nothing funny about the situation. I did receive my money back after three visits, however, I had to drive 40 miles to pay for it to be fixed properly be someone else. My daughters dress was to be shortened, taken in and straps adjusted. She now can not zip the dress up all the way as it is way too tight and the straps which were to lay over her shoulders roll up over her shoulders because they are either too short or not attached at the proper angle. I am now paying to have the dress taken out 2-3 inches and straps readjusted to fit properly. I requested the owner of Pro Clean to call me three times. Not one phone call from him. Total disregard for taking responsibility of the poor quality of work from Linda. As a business owner, that's nothing more than being a coward. To top things off, when the manager tried pulling the info from the system to refund the alteration charge for my daughters dress the manager could not find it in the system by looking it up by name or phone number. The manager went in the back and had to pull the physical invoice and was able to find it that way. I know for a fact it was in there prior to anyone knowing the dress was an issue by telephone number because that's how I picked it up. Pretty shady! I have attached pictures so that everyone can be warned of the work that Linda does. No one should have to deal with the unprofessionalism, lack of concern or added stress of trying to get someone to fix the mess she made of two gowns. At no point did either the owner or Linda apologize for the inconvenience, the total lack of ability to alter two gowns or offer to pay for the alterations that are now needed to fix the dresses to be able to wear them. Be warned the owners of this location do not value their customers and if anyone considers to have alterations done by Linda you are making a huge mistake. read more

Been using Pro-Clean since I was in my 20s... So not very long. LOL In the 15 or so years I've done business here there's not been one problem or issue. Prices are reasonable and staff has been universally friendly. UPDATE: First issue encountered. Went from five to three stars - not because there was an issue but how our issue was handled. Pro-Clean on Court Street... Half the buttons on a wool coat I had in for dry cleaning were broken when I picked it up. They offered to replace each button for THREE DOLLARS EACH if I brought replacement buttons. When I explained that I didn't feel I should pay additional fees to replace buttons they damaged... She wrapped up the conversation quickly, without addressing my issue or concern about paying even more to remedy. read more

I was on a week long junket in Flint/Grand Blanc and found Pro Clean as my go-to cleaning group for wash/dry and pressing. I did not dry clean. I did not use coin laundry. They delivered on the goods having my clothes ready in 24-hours following drop off. The two staffers were smiling, attentive and customer-friendly. I would of gave them no stars if I could or a half of a star. This is the worst place ever to get your drapes/sheers cleaned!!!! when I went to pick up my drapes and sheers everything looked ok, but when I got them home and opened them up, they SHREDDED 3 of the 6 panels of my sheers. They folded them so all the rips and tears were not seen when I picked them up, but when I got home and unwrapped them I couldn't believe my eyes. I went up there and they couldn't do anything until the next day and then the manager called me and said...well you signed a waiver when you brought them in. I didn't sign a waiver for you to SHRED my sheers!!!! and then you don't even have the decency to tell me about it when I picked them up, you just folded them to hide the big mistake YOU did. I guess I wouldn't be as mad if they just had the integrity and honor to just admit what happened, but I had to be surprised a home. This company does not have an once of honesty. They will just overcharge you and give you back crappy work. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your dry cleaning done read more

My girlfriend dropped off a dress for a wedding well in advance and she went to pick it up a week later and It was not even started on and they gave it back to her crumbled in a ball. Since I had a frozen pipe last winter I have been going to Pro Clean to do laundry every other month. It is always clean and brightly lit. The machines are always in working order (maybe one or two out of order, I go on Sunday morning so if it broke on Friday or Saturday just not time to get it fixed). Staff is always friendly and ready to help. I am glad I found this as the one closest to my home is dirty, and machines are always all broken. At the moment not planning on getting the water re-routed to the laundry room as this is just as easy. In 2 hours laundry is all done, folded or hung ready to be put away when I get home. read more

Work for U of M hospital my uniform goes to this location weekly for a few years now. In a month timing 2 of my shirts went in to be cleaned with no holes and came to me with a slit in the sleeve. Same exact spot. Management never wants to take responsibility for their sloppy work and blames it on myself for the slit. It's a clean slit NOT a tear. The Pro Clean store in Grand Blanc lost two of my shirts in the washing/dry cleaning process sometime last summer. I have since been trying to get some sort of reimbursement or credit for the lost shirts, but have had no success. I have tried on numerous occasions to talk to one of the employees but was always put off with "Some one will call you" This has never happened. I have tried to contact the owner but he is never available and also has never called. The staff is nice but the Oriental woman owner was horrible! Had drapes cleaned there and was charged for pleating but the pleating was not done. When the sales person tried to make the adjustment on trhe bill that woman came hurrying over yelling at her for trying to make the adjustment and berated the poor employee and telling me when I asked why they were charging for something they didn't do just kept saying No,no,no, same price same price. I have never had to do laundry at the laundromat on the regular so this is all new to me but this place is convenient and down the street from my house. The change machine is a life saver, they have TVs usually showing something current, and I usually don't have an issue finding a washer. However, waiting for a dryer I have had to do. I have been coming here frequently to do my bedding and laundry. Most of the time i never have any issues but lately it has been getting a bit overwhelming... Today i go to do my laundry and bedding as usual but after noticing the big puddle of water on the floor and see the 2 workers just standing there, it kind of bothered me. Not to mention after pulling my clothes out of the washer i come to find long black hairs in my laundry basket from their washers. Ok so whatever as im loading my clothes into the dryers i had accidently put money into the bottom dryer and had asked the lady working mind you she was practically doing nothing just as the other worker was but i only asked her if i could get the few quarters i had put into the wrong dryer and her response was " cant you just put them into the bottom dryer" i felt that was pretty tude considering i had already put my clothes in and dryer sheets.. As far as being clean i would say otherwise. There is nothing clean about this place and i probbally will not return their for buisness in the future.
