I made initial contact with Pro Clean on November 24, 2025, after a leak was discovered behind the shower walls in our master bathroom. The initial crew was outstanding--knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Timmy and William, in particular, were exceptional. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. Customer service, communication, and overall follow-through quickly deteriorated. On December 31, Ryan and another representative came out to conduct estimates and measurements, assuring me the report would be submitted to insurance within a few days. By January 25, I had received no updates or documentation. After contacting USAA, I learned they had not received anything either. When I followed up with Pro Clean, I was told, "There is no good reason it wasn't submitted, it just was not done," but was assured it would be expedited. I also left a voicemail for the CEO expressing serious concerns about how business was being handled and never received a response. Eventually, USAA received the estimate, but it contained duplicated line items and pricing discrepancies compared to the original assessment. This caused further delays while the adjuster waited for clarification from Pro Clean. A partial payment was eventually issued for deposits and materials. On March 12, I made the remediation and 50% deposit payment. On March 24, I followed up with my project manager regarding discrepancies identified by USAA and was told the information had been forwarded to Ryan on the estimating team. As of today, April 14, 2026, I still have a gutted master shower, no meaningful communication from Pro Clean, and no response to additional voicemails left for the CEO. This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. As a military family, we have lived in multiple states and countries and worked with many companies. This has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have encountered. Zero stars. Avoid this company after initial water mediation. read more

My experience with ProClean was mixed at best--excellent on the mitigation side and completely unacceptable on the restoration and contents side. Mitigation Crew: This team was efficient, communicative, and professional. They kept me informed from the moment they were dispatched, started work the same day they assessed the damage, and completed the job within four days as promised. I truly appreciated their transparency and follow-through. Restoration Crew: Unfortunately, my experience with the restoration team was the exact opposite. Two full weeks passed with zero communication after mitigation was complete. I had to initiate contact and was told someone would follow up--which only happened two days later. When the project manager, Eric, and another team member finally came out, I signed paperwork and selected flooring. I was told contents from my main bedroom and closet (both with access to the damaged bathroom) would be moved and that the carpet would be replaced and cleaned--just as outlined in the emailed estimate. Another two weeks went by without a word. I had already emphasized the need for accurate timelines due to my need to make arrangements for someone to be home. When the restoration and contents crews eventually arrived, everything I'd been told changed. Only the carpet pad would be replaced, and the existing carpet would be cleaned. Contents Division: This part of the experience was equally frustrating. Two individuals came out and moved only a few small items--dog stairs, a nightstand and lamp, and a crate. I asked about the rest of the contents, and was told they would not be moved. Despite verbally expressing dissatisfaction with the service, I was asked to sign paperwork indicating I was satisfied. I declined. Even one of the team members admitted she thought more items were supposed to be moved, as evidenced by the fact that they began removing drawers and lifting my mattress--something they wouldn't have done unless instructed. Items that were moved weren't even returned to their original places and were left scattered in my kitchen. I had to ask them to return my dresser and oversized chair to where they were before the mitigation crew moved them. Overall: This experience was frustrating, poorly coordinated, and ultimately disappointing. The lack of communication, shifting scope of work, and disregard for what was originally promised has left me with little trust in the company. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose bare cement floors over using this company for restoration services. Recommendation: -10/10. I do not recommend ProClean's restoration or contents services under any circumstances. read more

We were very pleased with our experience with ProClean, though we feel that we were slightly overcharged for the scope of work that was done. We contacted ProClean as soon as we found mold appearing on our floor. They were very responsive and scheduled a home visit immediately. Wayne came out and was very knowledgeable and professional. The demo team did excellent work. Wayne stayed in touch during the process and came back to inspect the final work. I was quoted a price that was based on having to do a lot more demo and mitigation than was done. I fully understand that you can never know exactly what needs to be done until you remove the wall and part of the floor; however, it ended up being just over four hours of work that we paid $1,700 for. The work was well done and we were pleased. I just wish the price was adjusted 10% to more fairly reflect the work that what was done. read more

I was very disappointed with your service, your company was to pull all the insulation from underneath my mobile home, due to the water damage. I had a family member, happen to look under my home and oly half was gone. When I called JT, I think was his name, he was rude, told me that they don't do half ass work, quoting him, they came back, and got the rest of it. So do, do half ass work. Where they had tape on my wall, it was pulled off in one spot, and the wall paper went with, I still have that eye sore, come look fir yourself . Trusting ProClean of Pensacola with our rugs and remodel was one of the biggest mistakes we've ever made. Their new "state of the art" system damaged thousands of dollars worth of rugs, collected by our family in Asia over the course of decades. Those rugs had been hand cleaned numerous times by other qualified professionals and came back looking perfect. ProClean's machines and the chemicals used stretched, warped and faded our rugs. After we saw the ripples initially we foolishly sent them back to be fixed. They came back even worse, with the fringes at the ends actually separating from extreme and improper stretching. If you value your rugs, do NOT use ProClean. read more

After my tenants moved out of my house, I discovered a sizable mold problem so I called ProClean for mold remediation services. They were very helpful and every person I spoke to (from receptionist, to scheduler, to project manager) was very kind in every interaction. Also, I live out of state and they were very understanding and accommodating to my circumstances. Their service and their guarantees are second to none. My home had some unique problems, but ProClean stood by their quoted price despite extra visits and made sure I was satisfied. Even my general contractor called me to compliment the ProClean workers, and the fact that they cleaned up after themselves so well. No rubbish was left behind. I ended up with a leaky faucet that caused more damage than I could have imagined. I called Pro Clean and I have been amazed. They are professional, responsive, helpful with insurance and go above and beyond. When the kitchen/bathroom were being torn apart they did such a good job with containment that there was NOTHING outside of the containment area. Kim and Ryan were amazing and hardworking. Had a slab leak back in March and called Pro Clean to remove countertops so the leak could be repaired. They broke my countertops in 3 places. We were quoted a price for the repairs/replacement of the countertops. Since March we heard from them 3 times. After going back in forth with insurance and Pro Clean an amount was agreed upon. Talked to Scott and we had to sign a contract. He never acknowledged the fact that we paid the 50% down payment and almost felt threatening if we didn't go with the quartz countertops instead of something more cost effective for our budget. The company cutting the countertops were given the wrong home owner information by Pro Clean. We still have to wait 8 more weeks. We've been washing dishes outside because no sink and no countertops. Might have to shop around if we have any other issues. read more

Megan White and team were awesome from the ver beginning to the very end of our mold mediation process. Unfortunately we had mold in two storage units prior to our our military move and Pro Clean came highly recommended. After calling to schedule an inspection, Megan was able to make it out to our units within 30 minutes. She explained the entire process and put our minds at ease. Less than a week later, Megan and team showed up on spot and not only cleaned, but also helped move both units into our U-Haul. This was completely unexpected but extremely appreciated.
