MIRACLE ON PHILLIPS PLACE…read more Today was nothing short of a miracle!! Found out at 12:30 pm a house that is closing on Monday had a sewer line violation. After panicking for a minute realizing it was a Friday afternoon in December...I thought who can I call to help me. Tam Enterprises popped into my mind and within 15 minutes they were at the house assessing the situation and within an 1:40 the entire repair was done and the Village of Goshen DPW was out signing off on the violation!! Next A. J. Perri comes out because drain is clogged. That person said probably a bird or animal clogged the vent on the roof. He left - never even tried to clear the drain. He said maybe a new toilet. He left. Called Advanced, John Lyman came out. Looked over the drains (sink and shower) no others were backed up. He cleared the clog and we were good. He told me it is guaranteed for 30 days and don't hesitate to call us if it clogs again. Amen to an honest company. Summary - don't use A. J. Perri - use Advanced - a family-owned business that cares about its reputation and work - It does not try to sell you anything you don't need.

Three days latter I see two very young guys in my backyard making holes. My wife told me they they seen confused. I talk to Dominick and he explained that they are looking for a pipe. I didn't like the excavation that they were making because we just finish seeding our yard. I call their office and JOSH says...if you don't like it call somebody else. Thankfully to his advice, some else came and made a 8 minute job. And explained to me that all the holes and mess they made was unnecessary because what they were looking for was clearly visible. Josh, you must be filthy rich to refuse customers like that.

It wasn't, so that was correct. Company came back to fix it. Dug around the tank, turned the soil over and added a couple infiltrators to get it working again. Loved the solution and it works. The problem is they were in and out in two hours, did sloppy work under the ground and left the lawn completely trashed. The worst part is they charged 3 to 5 times more money than anyone else I've talked to about it since. I knew I was getting ripped off but I didn't have the guts to stop the process and send them away. Live and learn. When I mention this business to other people, the response is, "well I don't want to say anything bad about anyone." I guess I do, do NOT call this company.
