Well guess what residents of Forest Meadows - dogs bark. The maintenance staff put huge boulders in front of my driveway and made it impossible for me to back out. My life there was 3 years of hell. So glad to live amongst real people again. If you like the idea of living in an episode of the Twilight Zone, then by all means move there! Finally we live in the mountains where we frequently see bears, deer, bobcats, mountain lions, foxes, coyotes, a neighbor thinks he saw a wolf, not sure, etc. Letting your animals outside to roam in this environment is irresponsible. And dogs are supposed to be on leash. It is a beautiful place with an Association that wants to keep it that way. And the new owners of the Forest Meadows golf course are planning an full service restaurant opening April 2nd along with a much improved golf course.

They refunded the cleaning fee but ghosted us via email after we inquired and followed up about getting more compensation for the mold, filth and unusable cookware in the kitchen. Photos speak for themselves. I posted review to their website for the Huckleberry House where I rented and it is not shown .. how convenient. What is shown is a few 5 stars from several years ago about it being so "clean". FALSE ADVERTISING. Lucky they don't allow reviews on their Facebook or else I would stick these photos there as well.

All of the nearby short term rentals on my street, advertise a guest list of 12 persons per house. We often see 7 or more vehicles parked in front of these houses. Jeff was courteous in our meeting and agreed that he would do the repairs and send me a work order via e-mail with a cost estimate. Regrettably, Jeff did not furnish me the cost estimate at all. I waited a week for the estimate and made several phone calls and left messages on his cell phone asking if he had made the estimate yet. After a week had passed when I heard nothing from Jeff he sent me an e-mail saying he decided he couldn't do the job until next year. This was in conflict with what he told me when we met at the property a week before. i had to come 82 miles on the day we met to discuss the work needed. Jeff did not act in a professional and organized manner in this negotiation. He was not business-like and pulled the rug out from under me and made no attempt to get me satisfied. I could not recommend him as a contractor because he apparently does no employ fair business practices. Agents are not allowed to publish "city park " photos that are not "HOA" parks for private use, and adding landscape and grass to a bare yard are also apparently considered off-limits with Metrolist, even with actual and stage-labeled pics in succession! Todds Foto folks took all these photos for us at their choice, and we had to remove those mentioned after receiving a warning from Metrolist. Our MLS says you can stage, but not enhance your photos :-) Lesson learned!
