When I called them they said it could likely be fixed within 30 days because the parts were readily available. I was happy to hear that because my insurance company only covers 30 days of a rental car. But the job ended up taking 37 days which cost me $380 in excess rental car payments. Why did it take 37 days? Terry said his team made a mistake and didn't see the broken light when they took the car apart. And when they did finally realize the light was broken and ordered a replacement, the whole process took 37 days. I asked Terry for a refund of the $380 because it was his own team's oversight. He said NO. He won't give me a dollar. What kind of place is this that admits to making an error but insists on customer paying the costs of their error? AVOID!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If I could rate it a ZERO, I most certainly would. 10 months of having my…read morevehicle at Berkshire Performance and they only fixed one out of the three requested repairs while creating two new problems, one being major. No quality control, told me my vehicle was ready and each of these particular three times they let me drive off without fixing my vehicle. That's in addition to at least a dozen times the owner said my vehicle would be ready only to show up at the agreed time to leave with another excuse and a future date of completion. I paid cash and the owner hasn't responded to my multiple requests for receipts or invoices that show worked performed/payment received. Don't pay cash without making sure work is done, done properly and you get the paperwork to prove it. I've been in and around dealerships and repair facilities for the last 20 years and this is by far the worst experience I've ever been a part of or witnessed. The owner is a nice guy and all but he really let me down with his lack of quality control and accountability. Many more examples of unprofessionalism that I'd be happy to share with anyone considering using their services. 11/1/2025 Update to review... multiple people have since contacted me to inquire about my experience and to share their similar horror stories dealing with this repair facility. Don't do business here, but if you do, don't pay with cash and always demand an invoice before payment is made.
