In July 2025, I purchased two Milestar tires based on the strong recommendation of their staff, who assured me they were great tires and that they used personally. As a long-time customer and female senior citizen, I trusted them. After only 13 months, the tires are so severely worn that they will not pass inspection, providing 30% of their advertised 50,000-60,000-mile lifespan. When I sought assistance on the tire warranty on three separate exhausting visits, I was met with hostility by the front desk gal, blamed for the tire failure, and given shifting explanations--including vehicle weight, alignment, and possible mechanical issues -- none of which were tested or measured as proof. While I have multiple items in my minivan, they are not heavy and only equal weight of two additional adult passengers in a 6 seat minivan. Additionally, the terms of the warranty use were never shared before I bought the tires or at point of purchase. They are asking me to comply to warranty guidelines never discussed previously, now that I need to use the warranty. I was only told to keep the receipt to use the tire warranty, so I did. Those were the only expressed terms. To make matters more stressful, the front desk gal actually yelled at me, saying that I must have driven too much. However, she also stated they no longer sell Milestar tires, making a possible admission to the product's quality. The owner of a nearby auto shop who has also worked on my car stated last week that Milestar tires were "cheap, shitty tires that quickly wear out regardless of a car's condition." They also failed to write the odometer reading on my tire receipt needed for warranty with Milestar. It appears that they may caused the warranty to be void due to their unprofessionalism yet are blaming me, or so it seems. Milestar tires have bad reviews, that these tires wear out prematurely, yet were recommended to a female senior citizen, and were familar with my car and it's contents when doing so. The Route 20 manager then offered replacement General Altimax RT45 tires at what he described as a "good deal," but the price was higher than what I found repeatedly on-line, offering no meaningful deal or resolution whatsoever, which appeared to be deceptive. Goodyear tires I bought 3 months prior the Milestars are still fine, therefore, but the Milestars wore out. They stressed me out so much. Unkind, unprofessional mistreatment of a female senior citizen struggling to pass a car inspection with flimsy tires they raved about a year ago. I never received a copy of any tire warranty terms at the time of purchase. Dissappointed.

I let them know I'd be across the street and to please call or text when the car was ready. An hour later I hadn't heard from them, so walked back over and they hadn't even looked at my car yet. They weren't considerate enough to even notify me. They then said it would be "another hour, and we are taking it right now." An hour later I called to see if it was done and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and never answered. Then when I arrived I was told it would "be another 15 minutes." 25 minutes later the car was done. Two Hours and 30 minutes for what I was told would be a one hour visit. 1. It is simple consideration to tell the truth about timing so people can plan their day. 2. It would have been simple consideration to have called me about the delay. 3. It would have been simple consideration to have answered the phone instead of leaving me on hold 15 minutes. When I mentioned these things the answer I got was a shrug and "Well, it's that time of year." What time of year? Apparently the time of year to disregard customers. The prices and work are decent. The customer service is AWFUL-and for no good reason.

They did not have a computer for our make/model, but Anthony was honest and gave his best estimate of the source/cause of the problem. he was young, but knowledgable. MOST IMPORTANTLY, he admitted what he did not know instead of trying to BS us! As others have commented the call center # to get an appointment is based out of Singapore which is crazy and the operators are so out of touch with American habits, but make an appointment and then go directly. The operator gave us an appointment time an hour out, we were close by and headed over and they took us immediately.
