EDIT: he called us back 6 times and when we said we don't want to buy anything anymore in the most respectful way possible, cuz we've been sitting outside for THIRTY MINUTES AND HE GOT MAD AT US.... he said we wasted his time and nobody had anything he has and we'd waste our own time, he got super super angry, not in a way a business owner should or anyone else should, i felt like i was being road raged at he was that angry, he's super egotistical and wont be receiving any of my friends or families business

Pros: -LOTS of activities for little kids -Great security at all times thanks to LPD and their mobile command center -Tons of parking, thought it fills up -Local groups have fundraisers with discounted wristbands that are easy to find -Lots of food options, including stands run by local nonprofit organizations -The ice arena is open with a vending machine and bathrooms. And it's air conditioned -Handicap parking available Cons: - Free parking fills up fast -Gets a bit chaotic in the evenings when the older crowds come in -Craft show is more like a vendor show and out of the way -Some of the workers did not have appropriate sun coverage in the heat and we felt so bad they weren't provided that. -General fair overpriced everything. It was nearly 100 degrees when we went, so we brought an entire backpack of frozen water bottles as well as all the sun gear. Probably due to the heat, there were no lines and our kids were happy to zoom around keeping cool and riding everything they could. There are a bunch of toddler and kid rides which was just what we wanted. One adult wristband was enough to go on a few additional rides with our 5 year old. We brought lunch and ate at covered picnic tables. It was hot, and as adults we were sort of miserable trudging all over the blacktop, but our kids had so much fun and 6 months later, are still talking about it.

Bell Creek County Park is a very nice park. It is well maintained…read more There is a large play structure here for the children. It is so large, in fact, that normal observation of the children should be heightened just a bit because they can get out of sight pretty easily. There are grills where and covered areas for parties and picnics. I attended a 'National Night Out' here that was set up by the Redford Police Department. They are always very helpful and kind. There is a baseball field here and some sort of trail. I haven't been able to get to the creek but it runs through the park. I am looking forward to returning here to investigate and study the creek and its environs.

The neighborhood around this park gets bombarded with visitors including myself during the Redford fireworks. The police blocks certain streets to give people who park in the neighborhood and walk to the park, room to walk on traffic free streets.

Gorgeous park along the Huron river between Ann Arbor and Dexter. Tons of amenities including an…read more18-hole golf course, disc golf course, picnic areas, playgrounds, baseball diamonds, biking and hiking trails, nature trails, river fishing, and boat launches for canoes and kayaks. My husband and I brought our pups here for a little outdoor time during social distancing and despite it being a gorgeous Saturday early-evening we didn't run into any one else on any of the trails we explored. So it's a really great spot to enjoy some outdoor adventures without worrying about getting too close to other people. Beautifully maintained, tons of parking and pup friendly! Just remember bug spray if you get into the woods/near the river. I forgot and got eaten up quite a bit!

What a fantastic hidden gem here in MH and quite an accessible park. It's located behind the police…read morestation and the Lamphere high school off 13 mile and John R. We grabbed some carry out from Trizest and picked this park since it's close by and there are several picnic tables, even a sheltered area and a nice walking path up and around the hill. The top of the hill is a great spot to sit and watch the sunset. The walking path around the park is pretty decent as far as length goes. There's also a little playground for kids, a baseball diamond and other recreational areas of the park. There are several different areas to park as well. During the pandemic it's a great spot to get some carry out and have an ad hoc picnic with your family and friends. There's some volleyball games going on tonight as well. It's great to have a little picnic at one of the tables and then go for a walk after dinner. We then stick around to watch the sunset up on the hill.
