I want to start off by saying I highly recommend working with Julian and Jr for your basketball training (in offense and defense), and athletic needs, no matter the age. All I have to say is, it works. I was introduced to Julian through a mutual friend. At first, I was definitely hesitant to work with him only because I haven't taken a class in any sport in almost 6 years. However, first day here Julian made me feel at home and comfortable in the class right away because he's an incredibly easy person to talk to. Julian is the absolute best basketball coach and mentor I have come across. He is able to relate to each player on an individual level, and meet that player where the player is today. Julian has been working with my 16 year old son for just over one year. At the beginning of last summer he was a good basketball player but had a lot of trouble with dribbling and scoring. He was always a good defensive player but always lacked on offence. After working with Julian he got stronger and a better all around player. Pro-Fit is the best basketball training program my 15yr old son's attended. IMO, the main reason for this is that Coach Vaughn goes beyond explaining the moves to the strategy behind the moves. For example, Coach Vaughn explains when & why a move should be done, the expected outcome and the options that derive from the move. We have been with Julian for nearly a year now. We visited other trainers in the area but was most comfortable working with Julian. We saw mark improvement in after a few sessions.
