Mateo, Victor and Francisco prepped the areas to contain any mess, re-textured damaged areas, primed and painted without a drip or drop. And cleaned up like they'd never even been there. This was apparent from the moment I called him, when we had a thorough discussion about exactly what would be painted - what walls, trim, doors, and spaces - to prevent confusion. I was able to get a quote from him on the phone which he honored when he saw the work in person. The work itself was professionally done - Miguel is easy to talk to and communicate with, so that when there was an unexpected issue with oil paint under an existing surface we were able to resolve it properly.
