Pro Image Photo Lab along with their other location on Sahara have both become my go-to spot for getting film developed. Every roll I drop off here always comes back so well done! This place seriously never fails to disappoint. I've even given them rolls where my camera had a jam or there was some kind of incident that caused light exposure but every time they've done a really great job at salvaging what's left. The staff here are extremely efficient and the process from start to finish is always fast and smooth. Drop in, fill out a short form, pay, and then you're good to go. I'm always in and out within 5 minutes and then get an email with my digital scans in the next hour. Even when they're busy or backed up, scans are ready relatively quickly. This place is fantastic!!!! Not only is their work OUTSTANDING...their knowledge, attention to detail, and incredible friendliness makes it one of the best photo/framing experiences of my life! FIrst I had an autographed piece framed which was beyond good, then I wanted to do some photos printed on metal. I come here to get my 35mm film developed and scanned. Service is great and they send you the images through an email link usually within an hour, which is super fast. They hold your negatives for a week which is nice. Would definitely recommend!! read more

TERRIBLE!! Should be a half of a star. Avoid if you desire quality work and decent customer service. I just needed small test prints to proof large format prints for future date. I will never use this place again. So happy this was a "test run" since it was my first time there and only $25 thrown away. Also that I didn't spend a fortune on large scale prints straight away. Whew! That would've been fun in small claims court seeing how she loves to argue and try to win. I'm not your husband woman! My films were not even cleaned or at least blown off before they ran them through the very dirty machines. There are graphics and logos on the subjects and one cannot decipher anything! The skin tones on the humans were all green. The Asian lady argued with me saying it's on the film- "it's old". LOL. I hold up my slide and it's perfectly toned, no green. That's alright, mama. I'll go elsewhere where they care about the quality of work they perform. These people will not be in business next year with the way they operate. Good riddance. AVOID!!! AVOID!! AVOID!! read more

WOW !!! What can I say about this place ? Not only did I drop 3 rolls of film off 1.5 hours before closing , but I had my photos developed LESS THAN HOUR LATER. Unfortunately my one experience here was a total fail. I called to explain how while loading photos from a digital camera card into a Yelp site I received a file error message and was no longer able to see or retrieve some images. Assured that a photo technician could likely restore missing images on my camera card for a fee, I drove across town only to be told after a cursory inspection of the card that nothing could be done to restore any missing photos because I should not have reformatted the camera card after receiving two warnings that all images would be lost if the card was reformatted. I explained that because of those warnings I did not reformat the card. But this retort fell on deaf ears, and I returned home. Then, with two software programs that Diane found online (one free of charge), she was able to restore many of the missing images, and I printed copies of several quite important one of a kind photos at the nearest CVS store. Had we accepted the erroneous advice of a Pro Image employee that nothing could be done to salvage any images on a possibly corrupted camera card, I would now have no preserved photographic memories of my mother's funeral, burial, and the receptions that took place immediately afterward; no photos of Diane's and my 25th anniversary dinner party and luncheon the following day; and no photos of our private dinner at Mastro's Ocean Club on our actual anniversary day. I will not be back! read more

This photo shop is my go-to for all things film!! I've been going here for a couple years now and I've never been let down. Super friendly ma and pa shop. I usually just have my film scanned into digital and sent to my email. If it's not right before closing, they have it to my within about an hour! So fast I love it! No more mailing out my film and having to wait a week. I've also had some disposable cameras developed and printed and they came out great. I was able to pick up the prints the next day. I've had friends get large prints from this shop and they've turned out flawless as well. I will continue to use this shop for all photo and print work I need done! Highly recommend! read more

Quickie! Photo professor didn't want me to print my project from the schools services because apparently they suck. Pro Image was next closest thing. Gave them my USB drive, they took my photo, asked me what size, type of paper, and when I wanted to come back (they wanted me to come back next day, but said I could of came later in the night). My project was on 11 x 17 on matte paper came out to be $9. Their website shows all their prices for the different sizes and paper. Service was friendly enough, the image looked true to color compared to my digital copy, and my item was ready when promised. 5 stars! read more

They also do canvas prints and wrapping, posters and more! All of their prices are listed on line. I submitted two photos to this year's 89XXXhibition, although I don't know yet if either of my submissions will be accepted, if either are I'll need them printed to display during the event. In any case, I figured it'd be nice to have my prints blown up to frame and display at home. I used their iphoto software to upload my images online. It was a bit of a hassle to download the software because I use Google Chrome, but once I got the software downloaded the ordering process was pretty simple. When I submitted my order I received a confirmation email stating they received my order and they'd call me when it was ready. Well I never did get a call that my order was ready, but I did call them 30 hrs. later and they confirmed it was complete and I could pick it up. Although their shop is a bit of a mess inside I don't hold that against them, the girl working the counter was nice and picking up my order was a breeze. I had paid a little extra for metallic paper (which looks amazing), and had one mounted on foam board. The prints turned out great, both were shrink wrapped and were easy to take home without damaging. Next time I need a gigantic photo printed, I'll be coming back here. read more

I highly recommend David's shop, not only for the quality of photography, but for the excellent customer service I received today. I needed a passport type photo within 30mins for an emergency visa. I came into David's shop frustrated that the last two places that gave me digital copies did not work because the resolution was poor quality. I was scared I wasn't going to get the visa application out that evening as needed. David calmed my nerves and assured me the quality of the photo would be sufficient for what I needed and he would help me email out ASAP. He allowed me to email from his computer so I didn't have to travel home before sending out he email. He helped me find the solution to the problem I had been trying to solve for hours and put me at ease. I highly recommend this shop, for the direction and information I was given over the phone, for the photo quality, & the friendly & helpful customer service I was provided with today. I sent 4 mid-format B&W films to be developed. ALL of them came with a very low contrast image and enormous grain despite them being Kodak TMAX. Also ALL of them have a sinus wave in the middle that make them darker and lighter. They are all useless. I will NEVER use their service again. I recommend ohters NOT to trust them to process any B&W film. Deplorable service. read more

The only place in Las Vegas that I get my film developed. Good people but the prices... well I will have to search around to see if there is somewhere cheaper but the excellent service and quality turnaround ease the weight of price. They should consider moving downtown (closer to their true clientele) but I also say that about all my favorite businesses. Customer service is terrible. I was in the shop for at least a half an hour before being able to walk out the door with my order complete. Side note, I did not have my images sized properly, and was told to come back. Being that it would cost me money to drive all the way home, fix 5 images and come back, i was allowed to use their computer to fix my image sizes. The shop was pretty disorganized and seemed busy for it to be this poorly run. Haven't gotten my images back yet, so that will be the deciding factor if I return. read more

Came in for citizenship photo. Great service and the the quality is great. I would suggest that if you plan to get your passport or citizenship photos, these photos cannot be changed or they will be with you for 8 years or more. Invest in a good picture and don't go to Walgreens because you look like a zombie in those pictures. read more

I have never been to a framing shop or had something framed before. I needed 8 items framed, 3 different sizes and had researched several places to get quotes. Pro Image Photo Lab was the only place that had a great price for what I needed to get framed for a work project, while the other places were quoting me almost double and triple the price. Not sure if the other prices were so high because of the frames or not, but the frames I got at Pro Image Photo Lab were very nice, and looked similar compared to the frames available at the other places. The quote included everything and the frames were ready to hang. The turnaround time was fast, given that I did not need them to be done right away. I dropped off the artwork on a Thursday and was able to pick them up the following week on Tuesday. David responded to my emails promptly and answered my questions from the moment I first asked for a quote to when I could drop them off. I was not able to meet him since he was away, but I was able to meet Michelle who was nice and helped me when I dropped off the artwork and also when I picked them up once finished, she helped me carry half of the frames to my car since they were heavy! The place was nice as well, with frames, photos and artwork all over the place. If I need to get anything framed again, whether for work or personal, I will be coming back. read more

I have used Pro Image Photo Lab on three occasions. I have been extremely happy with the results each time. Each time it was prints 24X36 with gallery corners.
