We planned & designed a major paver project for our home. Then COVID hit! We had to postpone the project due to our own COVID insecurities. Pro Landscape was absolutely wonderful to work with, they were willing to put the project on the back burner, return our deposit & wait until we were comfortable moving forward. The company owner, Chris Moore, is easy to work with & easy to communicate with. I will definitely work with them in the future when we feel like we are ready to move forward. I got this email below from Chris Moore after he read my previous review. My review is completely truthful, I also have all of our emails and photos of my experience with his company, which has been terrible. He used Round Up in my yard when I told him absolute NO on using chemicals. I sent him texts with pictures of shabby, tall grass just after they mowed. Now he threatens to take me to court because I write an honest review on yelp. I have all of my documentation and pictures as well if needed and I have contacted Yelp and informed them of this situation. As consumers, we need to be able to post negative reviews if they are honest without being threatened if we do not take them down. Email sent to me by owner on 11-26-19: I wanted to let you know that I read the review that you had posted on Yelp over the weekend. Unless removed, I will be forwarding this review, including all supporting documents to my attorney on Monday, December 2nd 2019. I will proceed with taking you to court to collect on damages that have occurred as a result of your libel defamation to me personally and the company. The second house they did for us included removing ten trees, sodding the entire yard, shrubs, and mulch. It took about ten phone calls to TJ and Chris to get them to start the work. TJ hired other contractors to remove the trees and stumps. Those contractors demanded payment directly from me, and then refused to finish the job. TJ rented a stump grinder himself, but did not grind a number of stumps and just covered them with mulch or sod. I called TJ for a third house. When he didn't call back I called the office and the girl said that TJ would call me... We wanted to have the entire yard re-graded and then sodded, shrubs and mulch put in, 150ft of fence installed, and the concrete driveway replaced as well as a few concrete walkways put in. I had to nag TJ to come out for an estimate, then nag him for a quote and clarification on the quote. He said he'd have the quote to me by a certain date a number of times. After he repeatedly missed his own deadline, I stopped calling. read more

Absolutely the best of the best. Chris Moore is an outstanding landscaper with complete knowledge of irrigation systems and design as well. I called in a panic about an upcoming inspection for our home. Chris not only fixed the entire problem - that day-he did it for a fraction of the price we were expecting. His company deserves all the praise I can give because he cares about quality, has great business ethics and is extremely knowledgeable. We couldn't be more pleased! I contacted TJ in February regarding some serious drainage issues in my backyard and a desire to eradicate my fescue and replace with zoysia. He came back with an estimate that was very competitive. Despite an inordinate amount of rain, they got started resolving the drainage issues with the understanding that the zoysia would be installed when ready for harvest. Both TJ and his son Chris maintained communication through the spring. Weather delays were a challenge but we are truly happy with the results! We now have a Zeon Zoysia lawn that is the envy of the neighborhood! read more

This company is a joke, the guy TJ Moore is a buffoon and a liar. Unprofessional, does not show up on time and his crew is not skilled at all. They roll up looking like the bad news bears. He talks a lot but doesn't do anything. He will try to find the cheapest way to give you the most half-assed job possible. You would be much better off blindly picking a landscaping company out of the phone book and rolling the dice. read more

I appreciate the way Chris goes the extra mile to make the job right. If you aren't satisfied with any aspect of the work that is performed, he will go out of his way to make it right. Once I got on the schedule, the guys showed up each week as close to a regular schedule as the business will allow for lawn maintenance. If it rained they came as soon as possible within the week. I had some hardscape work done by Chris and the patio looks beautiful, and the irrigation system that they installed is a huge help. Received an estimate early Spring for grading, soil addition and seeding which accepted. Did not hear from company for apprx three months so called and was told I would be getting a phone call from owner. A month later had to call again and was told the work would be accomplished the next week. Ten days later work was performed but not in its entirety. Met representative and they scheduled and completed follow up work within the next week. Grading work was sub satisfactory and seeding was applied directly on top of soil and not covered for proper germination. Would not recommend this company for landscape work...maybe grounds maintenance. read more
