Communication was good but I felt like I needed to "babysit" to make sure windows were being cleaned. I asked for the screens to be cleaned for the add on price and was told "we can't get them any cleaner than what they are". I will attach a picture of my "clean" screen. When inquiring about a quote, I sent pictures of indoor door walls that I wanted to be cleaned, was told no problem it would be quoted with job. The guys were wrapping up inside and I had to ask about the door walls, was told that wasn't on the quote and they would need to make a phone call. Was told they would do them but basically they would be doing it for free because the quote didn't reflect the extra cost. I tipped and felt obligated to add extra tip for the door walls. After the guys left I walked around and noticed screens were left out of windows and the rooms were left a mess with things that were moved and left, not at all the detail I am looking for. I have my windows done twice a year and more than willing to pay for great service and the extras, unfortunately, it won't be with this company again.

He made multiple flat out aggressive comments to staff and got in arguments with the wedding coordinator. Sean refused to do things the way the couple wanted and messed up the wedding entrances as well. If you choose to work with the company and you get assigned Sean, be prepared for the worst DJ experience with zero tolerance and respect for others.
