We called them again to powerwash our house, but when I came home to see their work I noticed they did not even use a cleaning solution just water.  Yes they rinsed our house with plain water. The next day I called the owner Matt and he gave us his apologies and refunded our money. After getting such poor service I ask Matt to take down our prior review by making more than 6 phone calls and at least 10 email messages over several months always getting an excuse on how he cannot remove the review. It is one thing to do a crappy job but when my wifes reviews are trusted by neighbors that also get sub-par results it makes me furious.
