Can I give less than 1 star....I'm writing this review as we are in our Uber from Logan Airport (Monday, Jan 26, 2026 at 8:50PM...day 2 of the snowstorm) Pro Limo is unreliable with terrible customer service. We scheduled a ride home and due to the snow storm they "assumed" all flights would be canceled so they canceled our pickup. When I spoke to them, they were argumentative....the drivers have to shovel out...it's still snowing...etc. The reason you spend more for a car service is reliability. You also expect professional communication. We arrived at Logan and there were multiple car services waiting for their valued customers. We were able to get an uber within minutes for less than ProLimo and with far better customer service skills. I suggest thinking twice before you count on them. Since writing this the owner has decided to argue with a repeated customer on Yelp instead of calling the customer to discuss the matter. read more

My father had told me all about Pro Limo services. Up until just recently, he was always the person who picked me up from the airport. Now, he moved to California and I'm not a huge fan of taking Lyft or Uber since I have my one year-old with me. My Dad decided to treat me because he felt so bad for not being able to pick me up himself, to a Pro Limo, round-trip experience. Well, now I'm hooked. It is so convenient. They pick you up right outside of the baggage carousel. All you have to do is cross the street and they are there for you. They send you a confirmation via email and text the day before so you know exactly what time they will be there for you. You also give them your flight details so that they can know if there are any changes, even if you're up in the air. On the way back to the airport, they will let you know what time they will be there and it's usually 2 1/half to three hours early so you don't have to feel rushed. You can also let them know what time is comfortable for you. The prices are expensive, but for this type of service, to me it's definitely worth it. Sometimes, Uber and Lyft are almost just as expensive, Some of these cars are limos, some of them are black cars. You can ask ahead of time. I would, however let them know if you have a lot of stuff. We got to the point where we almost didn't fit into our car last time. I had great drivers both times. Overall, I love the service and I will be using it again next time I fly back east. read more

As a surprise birthday gift for an 85 year old, the family decided to rent a party bus for the day and take her to Foxwoods. After checking a few other companies we settled on Pro Limo. It was a great decision, and Pro Limo is a class outfit.. From the initial e-mail to our final drop off we were treated with respect and courtesy by everyone at the company. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We were sent reminders, given contact information of our driver, picked up on time and dropped off on schedule. We used these people several times with no problems before but this past June after being transported from Logan Airport to Hyannis we received a nasty call from their management saying our service dog had left a mess in the car. I know the dog sheds but it wasn't what I'd characterize as a mess. Plus it was a service dog! The caller was extremely rude! The driver's name was Jerry and he didn't have complimentary bottles of water for us as all the previous drivers had done and he wasn't as accommodating as other staff members had been. I suspect he didn't want to do another drive and exaggerated the situation to get out of working. Whatever his reason, the bad tempered call and the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth. We were told we were banned from using them anymore and thankfully we found a much better company instead for our end of the summer return. Everything happens for a reason! read more

We used Pro Limo service in October 2017 from/to Logan airport to Woods Hole, MA to catch the ferry for Martha's Vineyard and had a great experience! Our party of 11 was arriving at different times and 2 different terminals which was no problem for the friendly drivers!! The Mercedes van was clean and roomy for all of us and our luggage!!! We were so impressed with Pro Limo and their service! We hired them for our wedding in Kingston, MA. They did an amazing job. Not only did we have them take the wedding party to and from the wedding we also had them pick up and take back guests from 2 different hotels. It could have been a disaster, I just kept thinking people would miss their ride back but the driver did such a great job making sure everyone was accounted for. The driver was also very helpful with my father who has a disability, he helped him get in and out and helped him with some items he brought. My one complaint is the the Navigator Limo we rented was a little dated and smelled like cigarette smoke. I would truly recommend Pro Limo! I recently hired Pro Limo to cart me, my sister, and 20 of my sister's best friends around during her bachelorette weekend. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Steve was great to work with when I arranged for the party bus and made everything very easy. Bob, our driver, was early to arrive at the house to pick us up and exceptionally nice and patient as we herded all the ladies from place to place. To quote one of the party goers, it was the nicest bus any of us had ever been on. The bus was clean and spacious and set up for bluetooth so we could play our own music. Extremely available even at last minute notice. Cars are beautiful, impeccable. I use their service weekly. Only complaint is they use so many drivers you can't get accustomed to a style. I highly recommend Pro Limo Service in Kingston MA. Last week I had arranged for Pro Limo to pick up my boss and 6 of his friends that were arriving at Logan at different times and airlines. They brought a giant Mercedes van that had plenty of room for all of them, along with their luggage and golf clubs. I dealt with "Steve" - who was extremely accommodating. He even personally called one of the passengers who was concerned about being missed at the airport, to reassure him. Arranging for the pickup and then the return to the airport a few days later was very smooth and quick and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. This was the first time we had used a car service, and it couldn't have been more convenient, comfortable, professional and prompt. You alerted us ahead of time with itinerary and driver information; including a photo, which gave us a high level of comfort. The car that you provided was big, clean, new, roomy, and comfortable. Your drivers were sociable and friendly. They made good conversation, and also politely subsided from conversation when we all needed some much-needed rest on our return trip. We booked a party bus through Pro Limo for our wedding day. Boy was I disappointed! We wanted a party bus for our bridal party to cruise in-style to our wedding in. Annnnd also for a fun atmosphere- but that, it was NOT! There was NO music!!!!! The radio didn't work. The iPhone cord didn't work. The bluetooth didn't work! Nothing worked! Nothing not a peep- just static. The driver pulled over to try to get some tunes on after we asked 10 times, but he could not get anything on- and could care less. This was upsetting but I got over it- well kind of. But it gets worse. My husband and I reserved the bus for 3 hours. The venue was 20 minutes away but after "the first look" we wanted to hang on the party bus away from the venue while our guests made their way into the venue. After the first look, I walked back to the bus- ANNNND it was GONE! GONE!!!!!! He took the cooler with booze in it off the bus, which was not supposed to be in the venue, BUT TOOK OFF WITH MY PURSE!! THEN, when we called, never mind the fact that we had to jump through hoops to get in touch with the driver because we had to call the main number, the driver gave us an attitude! He argued with us that and insisted that he could leave after the drop off- which was 1 hour instead of the 3 we paid for before the wedding from WITH gratuity. He came back after arguing and his boss calling him and telling him that he did have to stay- which was awkward, but I'm glad he did because he still had my purse! We tried to get in touch with the company before our honeymoon to see if they could make it right but they are very unresponsive and still are. Save your time and patience and look some for a limo/party bus somewhere else. read more

I would give more stars because the actual service to and from Logan airport on my vacation was on time. The town car was clean and the driver spoke the language freely and was talkative but not overbearing. The only issue is communication as it is hard to fully understand the process. I entered my information online and got an email not long after with the confirmation information but it went into the filter so I never saw it. I never got a call but I did later see a card form come in the email which I filled out and sent back. I don't think I ever got a confirmation on it being processed which is always a concern because sometimes the banks will hold a charge like this and I didn't want my reservation to be cancelled. I was eventually able to reach someone and like I said the driver and car were spot on no problems. I think maybe it is the nature of this type of business where they have a lot of drivers in the field and it's like trying to herd squirrels to get them all on the same page. I might suggest instead of emails and calls give the customers the option of a simple text confirmation which can't go into deep dark recesses of the internet and get lost. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. My friends and I had booked this company for our friend's bachelorette party. We had booked the navigator because we were expecting about 13 people to be going. We had a contract that stated we would be paying cash the day of and they had a credit card on file for incidentals. A week before the bachelorette party, everyone cancelled because other things had come up. Our number dropped significantly. We contacted the company and spoke with Steve who was not very friendly. We asked if there was a smaller vehicle to use because our numbers had unexpectedly changed. He told us there wasn't a smaller vehicle for the weekend. Then, we inquired about their cancellation policy to see what it was. We wanted to weigh out all of our options. We were told that if we cancelled that we would be charged the entire amount ($690-this includes a recommended 20% gratuity for the driver). We talked amongst bridesmaids and decided that we would keep the limo because it wasn't worth being charged the full amount of the limo. Not even a half an hour after speaking with Steve there was a charge on the credit card for the full amount. No where in any conversation we had did it say that we were canceling the limo. We called the bank to flag the charge because it was unauthorized. They were aware of it and had it noted. They recommended that we call the limo company as well. Frustrated, I called the company to inquire about the charge. The informed me because we had said we were thinking about canceling they put a hold on the amount on the credit card so they didn't lose their money. No where in any conversation that we had did we say we were canceling the limo service. This was completely unacceptable! Our agreement said cash payment on the day of. After much argument with Steve he transferred me to the owner, Jonathan, who has terrible customer service skills. He told me I was extremely difficult to work with and yelled multiple times at me on the phone. I told him charging my card for an amount that I never approved of and never cancelled was completely unacceptable. Despite my argument, they refused to remove be charge. I continued to remind them that charging a card without permission is illegal especially when a signed contract says the payment is in cash. Jonathan, the owner, transferred me back to Steve (front desk guy?), because he clearly has no customer service skills. I was not pleased and the conversation ended. About 10 minutes later, Jonathan called me back to say they were canceling the limo and NOT charging us. Working with this company was a nightmare! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is horrible and they are extremely disrespectful. There are better options out there, search harder because this place is NOT worth the headache! read more
