On return, we started receiving contact with the drivers about possible delays or where and when we would meet our ride while we were still in the air. It made it so easy to find them when we reached the airport, for sure. I would not hesitate to use them again. In one instance, and it probably is not a big deal, a female driver was FaceTiming her children while she was away from home during the entire ride home. It made me a bit anxious that her focus was not entirely on the road - especially in Boston!!

We scheduled a ride home and due to the snow storm they "assumed" all flights would be canceled so they canceled our pickup. When I spoke to them, they were argumentative....the drivers have to shovel out...it's still snowing...etc. The reason you spend more for a car service is reliability. You also expect professional communication. We arrived at Logan and there were multiple car services waiting for their valued customers. We were able to get an uber within minutes for less than ProLimo and with far better customer service skills. I suggest thinking twice before you count on them. Since writing this the owner has decided to argue with a repeated customer on Yelp instead of calling the customer to discuss the matter.

Tom (the owner/driver) was easy to book with over the phone, quick to respond to emails and provided a smooth ride in a beautiful Lincoln crossover limo. However, his customer service skills left much to be desired. He came across as aggravated the last few times we spoke on the phone and actually had me in tears after one call (the services were already paid for at this point). His attitude during my drop off at the venue was terrible and this was during the point of the day when I was the most nervous. The car doesn't have an interior light or mirror (I guess I was supposed to know this) so if you need to do any makeup touch ups, you have to rely on a bridesmaid to hold her phone flashlight and use your front facing phone camera.

I had seen their limos around previously. Upon calling I spoke to Tom who was friendly and accommodating. His original phone call quoted me and I hung up with all the info I needed to check with parents and get a deposit. When I called back a few minor details had changed, and as expected so did the cost (we added 2 people and half an hour). I gave a deposit and was told cash could be paid on the night of the prom. We had rented the town car for 9 people. Prices were competitive and reasonable. Upon arriving at our meeting spot a few parents had already said our driver was waiting asking for me. I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy and provided both my contract and receipts for both transactions. The contract was simple and easy to understand and the driver was excellent. He texted me when the kids arrived at the venue and when they were back for the night safely at after prom. This was huge to me considering the car was full of mostly minors. I was very happy to know all the kids arrived safely. Bonus: because the had a bigger car availabe (a Thursday night) the kids were excited to see the SUV pull up. I believe this seats 16 (sorry if I'm wrong) and the kids were super excited for the "upgrade" and the nicer car and more room. Parents were a bit jealous, too!! Excellent service, great communication, kids loved the driver and everyone had fun. We will be using them again.

Our dinner reservations were over, and the groom had to wait in the street. I had to call the answering service to find out where or driver was, even though they had my cell phone number. Granted, there was traffic, but this should be something that check before heading out for the night. Second, we had to call 20 minutes in advance of wanting to switch bars. Third, the driver was extremely rude. Normally drivers are friendly and will suggest bars, etc. This guy was gruff, especially on the phone when I had to call him for pick ups etc. I wasn't drunk and I know I wasn't being rude. At the end of the night we all ended up sitting on the ground in front of a pizza place for a substantial amount of time waiting for the driver to show up. Finally, the main officer customer service was equally as rude. When I called to complain about our experience the guy on the phone basically told me why I was wrong on every point. They said they would get back to me after they "investigated" my allegations. No surprise, I haven't heard a word. I have been on a number of "nights on the town" with other limo services, and the experiences were far more positive. The limo side of the night was so bad that is has been a joke ever since. This is my first post, but I felt burned enough by this experience to sign on and speak up. I would not recommend this service to anyone. We definitely didn't get what we paid for.

His Escalade is comfortable and clean and he has a ton of snacks and water. I felt super safe with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a ride!
