She didn't even apologize or acknowledge she was late !! When it was 1:30 ( ceremony at 2) and she was still working on some girls, she thought she was doing great timing since she thought it was only noon and told my mother in law this in which she laughed and said are you kidding me ?! I even told her when it was noon that she still had a ton of girls left but she was confident she could get them done in time ... She did not. I unfortunately had to leave two bridesmaids and my mother in law to get to the limo waiting for us at the hotel so he wouldn't leave. I was very upset about that. One reason I felt she took so long was because she kept trying to up sell everything ... Air brush, products etc, which I was not happy about. She was not clear about the airbrush prices to my first bridesmaid and she ended up paying more then what was expected... Very sneaky in my opinion. When I would come upstairs occasionally , she would be explaining airbrush instead of doing the make up... It was clear the girls did not want it and she should have let it go instead of waste so much time. Lastly, I did a trial which was completely pointless because she didn't even do the same make up- it looked nice but when I asked her about it she said she was feeling this make up better and there was absolutely no time to change it. She only spent 15-20 minutes by the time it came to me because she was so far behind. Overall, disappointed in the service , especially since it was quite expensive. I would have liked better service for the prices.
