I took my 2019 Chevy Sonic because there was a ticking noise coming from the engine. They changed…read moremy oil and put something in the oil to quiet the noise down. They charged me $275.00 and said that if the noise gets louder, then bring it back. I took it back 3 days later because the noise was loud again. They told me that they could not help me. Because they don't do that kind of work. I ended up taking the car to another mechanic in the area. And the problem was that the bolts on the timing belt had come loose. Simple fix!! A fix that they would have seen if they actually did something. Do yourself a favor: DON'T GO HERE FOR ANY REASON EVER.
