My wife made an appointment for three adults and two little girls 10 days in advance. When they entered, the employees were a little panicked. They refused to show them all the color sheets and limited them to only two. They told my mom in law she had to get red nails. They were rushed, panicky, and rude. My mom and I came looking to get our nails done last minute around 5pm. We were seated almost immediately and there were about 3 nail technicians on staff. My mom speaks limited English and wanted a full acrylic french tip set with gems on four nails, so I acted as translator as a kind, older man doing her nails asked me what she liked about the inspiration picture and what she wanted. He perfected her vision and made the process seamless. He was also sure to mention that if any gems come off he will replace them for free! I wish I had asked his name. Similarly, my technician, Amy, did some cherry red gel nails on me and was so careful and attentive. I've never liked getting my nails done but she was so gentle and detail oriented. They are very walk-in friendly and in total we paid $90 before tip for the both of us. I see other reviews that are not as satisfactory and wonder if they are isolated incidents or different techs etc. Either way, please come in and form your own opinion. CRAP CRAP CRAP! Sloppy uneven work! Paid 120 for mine and my daughter's nail! I got a set of painted nails nothing special, they are un even not smooth, choppy underneath, painted wrong color and when I said it was the wrong color they said pick another color ! My daughter came in w a pic they said they could do them, but clearly could not! She wanted pink heart designs for V-Day and got white and silver even after they had her pick the bottle of pink! The designs were no where near what she wanted! They did what they wanted ! Never will return! read more

Hands down worst dip and pedicure and I've been to numerous places . Not one of the 3 of them took the time to do a proper job. Nails are lumpy, uneven and she nicked me 3 times and I bleed for 40 minutes. She did try to fix them after I asked. Thought she was still working on on me but added the top coat and asked her if she was going to file and smooth and couldn't understand what she said . Honestly was so confused half way thru and didn't know she was done until she went to start another pedicure . Family was super nice though. The only positive thing about the experience was my daughter and I now have a memory to share about the awful job they did. After nearly crying it's just comical how bad it was. read more

This place is great. Not only did they squeeze me in, last minute, but they did an even better job than most! For some reason, whenever I get dip most salons don't push back or trim my cuticles, but here they did! Plus, they did dip correctly...no UV light, smoothed/filed at the end, soaked them the right amount of time to not weaken the nails but not so short that they had to use the drill a bunch. I do not recommend this nail salon. Worked too fast, bad quality, not sanitary, not friendly. No apex or arch was built on my acrylic nail. I have been to many nail salons and this was by far my worst experience. There were not many color choices. I could not find a color I wanted. They were mainly pink and purple and pretty much looked the same. Usually I am asked to wash my hands before sitting down for sanitary reasons. That was not the case here. I sat down to get my nails done and the man clipped all my real nails so fast that they shot up into my face and on my lap and the floor. The floor was already covered in dirt, nail clippings and other random trash. He went on to do my nails and he did them faster than I have ever had them done. 15 minutes for a full set of acrylics. I wish he had taken more time. I was not asked if the shape was correct or the length was correct. He wouldn't even let me look at the nails until he was completely done. I was horrified when I saw the results. I had to go buy a nail file and reshape and paint my nails. He didn't say anything to me except asking if my mom would pay. i got my nails done there. they were bumpy and uneven. paid $50 for crap nails. 3 days later one nail broke in half. I called to have them refund me. they won't do refunds. they will only "fix" it. they were using a dirty cup to soak my nail which was slimy in the bottom. I told the guy and he was like this cup is better. at this point, I asked for a refund again. the guy yells at me so I got out of there with my broken nail still not fixed. the guy also must've been rude to the girl that did my nails cause she left out the back door. the place is not clean, and the customer service sucks. read more

I gave stars for the price and how quick I got in. I had to only give three because my manicurist switched out part way through and an older guy took over. He shredded my cuticles. My fingers hurt today and he also wasn't very careful at the ends of my nails with the gel. It cured on the skin and then he picked it off with the cuticle clippers. So my fingertips are also pretty sore. read more

Came here on vacation because all the other salons that we called were full. Well, I assume there was a reason they were not busy! Worst pedicure ever! $35 for a basic pedicure and they were done in 15 minutes flat. They didn't used newly sanitized tools, they aren't wiping down chairs after each use, they are sharing the purple scrub thing. The guy tried to put my shoes on freshly painted toes. When I refused, he tried to give me a used pair of the cheap flip flops. I had to request a new pair. Don't waste your time or money here. I came here because it's close to my apartment. BIG MISTAKE! I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this was hands down the worst set of nails I've ever gotten. The owner did them and the man has no idea what he's doing. While I was there two other customers came in and asked to have their nails redone because they were unhappy with the work that had been done. And they do not do waxing. My daughters and I had a wonderful experience here. We all got pedicures. Walked in and there weren't many people here so we got right in. I was hesitant at first because our Pedis were $30 ( which are a little pricey compared to where I'm from). WELL worth it!!!! The ladies were nice and actually made conversation with u. I found out that the owners were both in the hospital so they were short handed. Hands down the next time I visit I will make sure I'm in need I a pedicure. I will definitely come back! My husband and I looked for a place to get pedis that was on our way to downtown Branson and had decent reviews. We called this place and there was a 40 minute wait. I thought that would be a good sign - busy means repeat customers or at least a positive reputation. After making an appointment, we arrived to an empty salon. We were quickly seated and attended to. The pedis started off great until we got to the massage. He was pinching my legs and hitting the bottom of my feet over and over. It was the worst "massage" I've ever had! Once I survived that, the guy painted my toes with polish all over my toes. He had to go back with remover to clean up. One coat later, he said I was done. I'm not holding high expectation for this one to last. They charged us $30 each (basic price - no extras) and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Advice - go somewhere else. read more

TERRIBLE. Don't waste your time or $ here - find another salon in the area! I saw the store front on my way into Branson for the week and then saw their advertisement so I called an made an appointment. Was the second customer in on a Monday morning for a dipping powder manicure. Kim started off removing the dipping powder that was on my nails and then a gentleman took over after the soaking time was completed. Both acted completely rushed and kept getting up and down from the stations to do other tasks. The dip powder color I chose turned out NOT to be a choice so I had to choose another. Took several minutes to find that option. Manicure was rushed and the dipping powder not applied well, leaving bumps. I assumed the bumps would be smoothed before the top coat was applied, but had to bring this to his attention because he was just moving on to top coat. He tried to justify the bumps, but I pointed out a significantly large one on my right pinky and compared it to the left and so he asked if I wanted it smoothed down (duh, yes, of course I do; that's why I pointed it out). He hurriedly applied top coat and sent me to the nail dryer to sit for 10 minutes. He started with another customer and 20+ minutes later after I turned my chair around & tried staring him or Kim down to notice me, he finally told me I was done. I said there was a problem with my nails as the top coat was not smooth and some of the nails had stuck to my skin due to sloppy application. He reviewed his work and decided the top coat was to blame and proceeded to remove the top coat with the dremel tool and then re-apply a gel top coat (also in a rushed manner so that the top coat did not cover my entire nail). Dried nails via the UV light and after 1.5 hours was finally done with my crappy manicure. I doubt my nails will last two weeks as the top coat didn't cover my entire nail surface and was too close to my cuticle so there are raised edges as they have grown out (it has been a week). I wish I would have looked into the other salons in the area instead of going with the first one I saw. Do yourself a favor and try the others ones first. read more

Do not recommend. I went just for a soak off to take off my last set. They were rude and unprofessional. Hurt my nail beds and cut my fingers with the drill. Waited an hour and a half just for a soak off. I mentioned to the owner and he was rude and said I could be there for two hours and it wasn't his problem. Still have nail polish and acrylic on my nails and my fingers hurt now from how rough they were. Ridiculous. Unhappy. read more

Never going back. First time the price of a manicure for my daughter changed after the work was started. Gave them another try. Called to schedule appointment for three pedicures. Was told that there were people waiting but come on in. Walked in an hour later and before we told them what we wanted we were informed that only one person was there to do pedicures and we would have to wait.
