Micheal is so good. Everyone here is so nice. My pedicure was amazing. I used to only get my nails done in atl same person same place I'm one of those people. I live in Perry and drive here for them. I have the smallest nail beds and Micheal doesn't cut me and my nails are neat. read more

I have always loved this place so it saddens me to write this review. They've always done an amazing job with me but the last 2 times I've went, it has been clear that they're over charging me. Every time I get a fill in, it's always priced from $35-$45. The first picture was a fill in for $40 which is what I expected. On the second picture as you see, I have the same exact design but in red. I asked how much it would be ( keep in mind it's a fill in ) the woman said it would be $65!!!! She could tell I was annoyed because I've never paid that much for just a fill in. When she noticed I was aggravated she presumed to say, "it is $65 because of the design." And I said back that I previously got the same design but a different color and it was only $40. She then continued without trying to negotiate with me and was rushing me out. The last picture was the last time I will go in. It of-course was a fill in and he said it would be $50. My friend asked why my fill in was $50 and her FULL SET was $45? He claimed that it was because my nails were "longer". I do not mind at all paying a lot for a good set of nails. But it is the matter of good customer service. When it is blatantly obvious that you're overcharging me and being rude when I ask why I'm being charged that much. Like I said, I do not mind paying for a good set of nails as long as I get an explanation for why it is over the amount that is posted on the board and they're nicer about it. It's just a little obvious when my price goes from $40 to $65 for the same exact design and when my friends full set is cheaper than my fill in. read more

I have been to Pro Nails several times, mostly for pedicures, but also for a manicure and a brow wax. Different staff have provided the services, and they have all been polite and professional and I've been very happy with the results. Their prices are very good and the salon is clean! I have been to other salons in town that are crowded and noisy and you can hardly breathe from the smell of polish remover- ugh! I'll continue to go to Pro Nails every time I want to treat myself :) read more

Don't go to Hannah! She cut my friend! Sooo... today me and a friend went to get mani/pedis. Hannah cut my friend's finger until it started to bleed and she tried to cover it up. In the end they put medicine on it, but ummmmm! No ma'am! On another note Mai is awesome! read more

He didn't listen to what I wanted, he made my nails big and bulky and was talking to another client while he was supposed to be taking care of me. Wanted to treat myself to a Mothers Day pedicure and went to Pro Nails. The worst pedicure I ever received. My legs hurt for days after, the nails were'nt shaped, I had nail polish on the side of my toes and my feet were half done. The staff was very rude. The guy that worked on my feet had an attitude the whole time. The chair he put me in kept shorting out. It was clear that white customers were treated better than the black customers but they received subpar service also. I will never go there again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. read more

The cost of a manicure is way overpriced for the facility. Staff was walking around like they didn't care, and opening mocking a customer in English in front of me. The atmosphere and decor was lacking, which normally isn't a problem for a $23-25 gel manicure, but $32 is excessive. I was a little creeped out when I first got here because there were a ton of people working there and I was the only customer, but as soon as I sat down, the place flooded with customers. I just had a regular spa pedicure but it was easily the best one I've ever had! At $20, it was a little more than I am used to paying but after the pedicure, it was totally worth it. I believe my technician was named Kenny, he was great. You should ask for him. He was gentle with my feet but also gave a great massage which was great for someone like me who is on their feet all day! The worst pedicure ever! I did go here always...now they have changed employees (young boys mostly do the work) The price for a pedicure is now $33-$40!!! I used to go here all the time then my favorite nail tech moved to California. So I figured I try some one new. I will neve come back here. I asked for stiletto nails and got some strang version of squared. Everyone there thought I was speaking Greek when I said "stiletto nails" the polish job was pitiful. I will have to pay to have these fixed somewhere else. read more

I loved my nails for the first couple days , I had acrylic nails for only 3 days and one of my nails began to lift off my natural nail. I tried to ignore it until I got out the shower to dry off and the nail just came off , with no pain or anything , just like a press on nail would feel. I called them & they offered to do it for free. The man I had the first time was pushy and actually told me longer length nails are 27$ when I have never been charged for length. The man also was rushing because he had to pick his child up from school & didn't even finishing painting my nails & the lady with the glasses had to finish them up & they was horrible. So my next visit when he redid the nail that came off he was also rushing again because he has to pick up his kids. I didn't like that the lady with the glasses told me the reason my nails keep breaking is because the length ! I have never had a problem with my nails coming off and I have been getting my nails done with acrylics since I was in middle school. This time the same man from the first visit painted both my hands with 2 coats before leaving and letting the lady with glasses put on a clean coat & I could see that she missed a spot also. It has been 5 days and I was scratching my arm lightly and boom the nail comes off. I just won't be going here anymore. read more

I first came in about 5 pm and was told to come back in an hour which is fine. I did. When I got there everyone was staring at me . So I asked for a pedi cure and was told to sit at a chair that had cold water in the bowl I waited for a good 10-15 mins before anyone came to me to start working on my feet no one helped me turn on the massage chair or anything. They was another customer there and when she was ready for her pedicure two people walked her over to the chair helped her sit down took her socks and shoes off for her and turned on her massage she got serviced immediately. The same thing happened when two other girls walked in they got catered to and people rushed to help them. I'm not one to play the race card but this was clearly apparent. I was the only black customer in the shop and the other people where white. I doubt I'll come back here again and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Giving 2 stars not 1 because the place was clean, but that is the only good thing I could say. My mom and I went together Mom got a mani-pedi and I got a gel polish change. First, my mom is a senior (90 years young) they didn't do anything much to her feet besides wash and polish her toes. They were filed but very lopsided and uneven. Her polish was smeared, streaked, and no one checked her after they sat her at the drying table. As for me, I was charged 30$ the most ever for a gel polish change anywhere. I now understand why they want the tips in cash only. You can't change your mind when you see the finished product. I called wnen I got home and asked what they charge for a gel polish. I was told 20$ on the phone. I then asked why I was billed 30 and was told that was for a complete manicure with lotion and cuticle trim. When I said I was overcharged they said too bad. No refunds or credits. It ended up costing 63.00 for us plus 15 in tips. Not bad if it was great service, but it was the worst I have ever seen. Live and learn....and find another nail salon!!! read more
