My nail tech took his time and was meticulous in caring for my cuticles and nails as well as the scrub and massage I received as part of my "spa" pedicure. Pay the extra few dollars. They can get pretty busy but have always been able to accommodate walk-ins. The place is fairly clean and spacious. They offer complementary drinks (including wines). The techs are competent and quick, but it can sometimes be hard to understand. I've also had techs here that were overly chatty even when I didn't feel like talking. I found them here on Yelp and called to make my appointment. I spoke with Rebecca. She was gracious and respectful. I requested her to do my nails because I saw a positive review mentioning her but she assured me that Hannah could do just as well. Unfortunately that was not true! Hannah was nice but clearly not experienced with the dip powder technique. It was like she was practicing on me, a paying customer. She used her fingernail to scrape off the existing old gel polish on one of my nails and I asked her why she wasn't using her implements? She said "so I don't hurt you" ??? Her application of the powder was clumsy. I finally asked the owner to take over. She did and my nails look stunning! Whew! She saved the day. My advice is do not book clients with inexperienced techs!!! It's frustrating and unprofessional. The lady behind me asked Rebecca to take over her pedicure because the guy who was working on her clearly didn't know what he was doing either!! This is not ok when we come in to support your business. Retrain your staff or hire qualified professionals. 4 stars for the final result. 1 star for the unprofessionalism. read more

Wow!!! I was very impressed with this new salon. It is extremely clean, and all the employees were wearing masks and face shields. The main reason I LOVE this place is that my nail tech, Alena, was fantastic. My nails are perfection. None of my gel mani is touching the skin, no bubbles , even surface. My pedicure was very relaxing. The chairs are high quality and sleek design. They had relaxing music and nature photos on the large TV. I brought my own OPI polish, just in case they didn't carry this brand , and to my delight that have so so many colors of regular , gel, and SNS polishes, including OPI . Thank you Sky Nails! I got the top pedicure. And the 30 minute foot massage and a manicure. The man who runs the place told me that I could not get a 30 minute massage so I was alarmed when I got my bill that it was on there. the young lady who did my feet did spend over 90 minutes with me one my feet but I do not feel like she spent 30 minutes massaging my feet When it was time to pay the $112 bill I asked the manager about the footage and he wrote his voice and seemed like yelling to me in front of all the customers about $112 bill in front of everybody. I am a 39-year-old black man in the shop full of people that did not look like me. And I did not notice this type of conduct. Towards anybody else. read more

From out of town and came with my sister. Neither have us had been to this place in the past. The ladies there were absolutely wonderful! They were full of nothing but compliments. If I could leave higher than a 5, I would. The nails are beautiful, and reasonably priced. I walked out of the salon with a smile on my face. These ladies topped it! I have been getting mani/pedi here for sometime and also buying gift certificates for friends. During my last visit for a gel manicure a new person did my manicure and within 5 days my nails started to peel off. I had to wait a couple of extra days to come back because I had the flu. The person that did my manicure wasn't there and I talked to the manager (owner??), she was very abrupt and not at all friendly. I asked her to give me credit for the next time and she said I had to come back and have the person redo it, of course I didn't want that since she did such a poor job. The manager refused to give me credit and she even implied I was lying since I didn't come back right away. I explained I had the flu but she was very unfriendly and would not give me credit. I will not be coming back and have told my friends about this unprofessional person who prefers to lose a good customer with her bad customer service attitude. read more

This is my second visit at this salon. The first visit was great, but the service was awful today. I signed in for a pedi and nails with powder dip at 10:15. They started my pedi right away. There were two women that came in at 11:30 for the same services as the tech was polishing my toes. They requested immediate services because they were at work and needed to leave at 12:30. I waited for an additional hour for an open chair to have my powder dipped manicure done. One of the ladies stated that she "needed to see the next available tech for her gel manicure" as if she didn't see the rest of us waiting. When the next person came available, they sat her and her friend in a chair and started on their nails. I was asked me to wait. I immediately reminded them that I had been waiting an hour for a chair. The tech said I was next, but I asked the her to allow me to pay for my pedicure and informed her that they allowed 2 others to be fully serviced in a hour while I waited and had been in the salon for 2 hours. She immediately offered to put me in a chair, but I refused additional services. I left at 12:15 without having my hands done. The customer who demanded fast service came out right behind me. There was absolutely no excuse for this. read more
