They always find time to squeeze you in for an unscheduled pedicure and waxing session. They have so many chairs and nail techs that you'll never wait long..and their prices are good. I have to say that the girl that does my nails is absolutely amazing . But talking about the owners are extremely rude and disrespectful with their employees and even with clients . I go there to get good service that's why I'm paying for that. My daughter and I went to get our nails and toes done. we normal pay between 80-100 every time with designs. Today we went and did our normal nails and toes and we were charges $215. I made a 2:00 appointment on Friday, for a Saturday appointment. When we walked in the woman said they would take one of us. I said I'd wait so I could sit next to my 95 year old mother. The woman said they are to busy. So I told the woman to do my mother first. At 2:30 I was still waiting. Another person walked in, without an appointment, and the next available tech took her, even without an appointment. I said excuse me I have an appointment. The man, who sat at the front station, and appeared to be owner or manager said that particular tech doesn't do manicures and if you are in a hurry we can do one for you today!!!!! It was not only unprofessional how he handled me but it was also how rude he was. I said I'm not in an hurry. He did not offer an apology or even tell me I'd be next, instead when another person walked in they too were taken before me. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, what's apparent is the dollar amount attached to your service!!!! Yes, I understand it's a business but you'd think loyal customers would be treated fairly! What the rude man failed to realize we are long time Mahwah residence. really upset. my brow waxing girl left the area so in desperation I walked in to this salon today. I asked for a brow wax and when I went back I showed the technician a picture of MY OWN face and eyebrows. she told me she couldn't do that my eyebrows will do what they do. This was me giving this nail salon a second chance. I had to switch salons because of the ridiculous prices and mediocre job they do. Not to mention everyone ALWAYS has an attitude here, their customer service is terrible. I came back with a friend for a pedicure because they get their nails done here. I felt like I was having flash backs. The service is TERRIBLE. Everyone gives you an attitude here, along with dirty looks. As for the pedicure, it hurt. The woman that did my pedicure made me bleed, which made everything else she put over the cuts, sting. She was using majority of the tools wrong and too rough. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing. Needless to say, they aren't getting another chance and I'm not coming back. I do not recommend them to anyone. I used to come here just for waxing as a walk in but I would wait for 30 mins or longer and they wouldn't tell me. I think you should tell a walk in if they will wait longer than 15 mins. I stopped coming but have seen people with beautiful nails tell me they went to this salon. I gave it a try for nails. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was perfect no complaints. I have gotten better gel nails. After a week my gels chipped and are lifting. The book they showed me didn't have many colors so not many options. The prices here are great but the quality could be a little better. The salon itself isn't that clean. I recommend making a reservation every time cause there is pretty much always a wait. Different places work for different people. This won't be my first place to do my nails but I know many people who go and love it. read more

Owner is unbelievably rude. Lies about product he is using. The woman ruined my nails. It's not very sanitary. I only gave one star because I can not give negative stars. I got a gel manicure and she cut ALL my nails all the way down (I just asked for a file and cut only my pinky nails). Not straight or even. "Gel" polish was peeling off multiple nails less than 24 hours later. When I went back in the next day that the business was open, the owner told me gel does not last longer. If you are lucky and you get Anastasia or some other non Asian nail tech who knows how to be polite you may have an okay experience. If you are not...they are rude and obnoxious. This review is specifically for Dylan. It is without a doubt that his level of work is unmatched. But the sexual harassment I endured was not worth the nails. Dylan has this perverted way of joking/talking that makes you feel degraded. He would constantly talk about my breasts or other women's bodies. He also seems to think that it's funny to lay out the gel in form of a penis, before he starts molding it. He's even joked around about how he feels bad for my boyfriends penis because of my sharp nails...always mentioning how it must hurt him if I grabbed it. Purely disgusting!! His behavior is unprofessional and inappropriate. There are a few reviews on here from other women who experienced this same treatment. When I read their similar experience I was compelled to share mine. I'm only disappointed that I didn't say anything sooner. I went here for the first time a month ago and was so happy with how Mimi did my nails. I went back today for my birthday nails. I love this Salon... I am a customer for life. I have recently been recommended there by a teacher from my sons day care. I had my gail tips done the 1st time. Awdome job. No chips. No breakage. And i do a lot of house work. 3 kids. Dogs etc..... and work. 2nd time had a gel filing and a hit stone pedi...pedi was to kill for. Almist felk asleep in the chair. Worth every penny. Harassing- Unprofessional- if i could give a ZERO star review I would. @pro_nails_mahwah @dylan_thenailbae Dylan is very good with how he designs nails. But I would not recommend going there for lack of professionalism, first off he was telling me how my husband would probably prefer longer nails, or my boyfriend. As you see by reading his private Instagram messages from @dylan_thenailbae @pro_nails_mahwah he clearly is being awkward towards me with saying how sexy I am, and when I needed to cancel my appointment due to a last minute work function he refused to do my nails again. It appears to me because i refused to feed into his advances, he is upset and now refusing to do my nails. Honestly it a relief since he is creepy and I have a daughter who I would hope never gets treated as I was.
