In 2019, they excavated an area for the construction of a pole barn and trenched the electric line to it. I was extremely pleased with their work in 2019. Darryl did the excavation work himself and built a stone retaining wall in the process of excavation as well. This year, we finally paved our driveway and called Crable Paving & Excavating for an estimate. Darryl and his crew responded promptly with an estimate; ultimately, they were the best estimate with a price much better than a local competitor. The work was completed in two days (as promised, one for prepping the driveway and one for paving), and everything was completed to the highest standards. Darryl took the time to explain what was needed and why; on the day of paving, he even gave "lessons" about the paving process. Based on our experiences with this contractor, I would highly recommend Crable Paving & Excavating for paving or excavating work.

So the man tells us no problem but then doesn't leave it at that. He proceeds to tell us that they have plenty of other work repairing other driveways that were completed by other companies. Well this is where I draw the line with how I am spoken to. First, you aren't the first person to get back to us. We literally had 8 other quotes, 2 of them on the same day of the request. Not a week later! Second, unless you are the best asphalt Contractor on the planet and can guarantee your work is free of needing repairs for life, Don't you dare presume to tell me that the contractor I selected is not good enough. Third and lastly, Great I'm glad you have plenty of work cause after that interaction you certainly will never, ever have our business!

Once the weather cooperated they showed up early and go the job done. They were professional, courteous and very skilled. They knocked it our of the park for my family and I. We can finally enjoy our basketball court and our youngest can actually ride his big wheel. I couldn't possibly recommend this company anymore.
