Reasonable priced photobooth....YES! But actually a 1.5 star and definitely not recommending them. Communication, lacking, booked 2 months in advance and Danny said he would have a print sample for me with in the "week". Well I didn't get the sample till 10 days before my event date. I also, messaged him early in January to confirm if we were good to go and when he can provide the print, well it got to the point where I had to message him through yelp, not cool. Yes, everyone is busy, everyone has their own thing going on, but as a business owner, acknowledge your customer. I shouldn't constantly have to text you and send you a yelp message. The day of, Carlos was our booth attendant, the setup time was rushed and a bit late, however I was told they would arrive an hour before start time. No issues with him. My issue is with the print. The sample provided and what was printed was off. My daughter's theme colors were maroon, GOLD and white! Not maroon, YELLOW and white. And no, it's not the damn same color. The printed text for the photobooth printouts were so light, unreadable and not the gold color text like the sample, it was YELLOW. The photobooth attendant agreed when I told him wth, the print is so light and I can't even read it but he said there was nothing he can do. So as I told Danny the next day, maybe next time he should do an actual printed print sample beforehand. I would have rather paid the extra $25-$50 more and got quality prints. I got jipped, my daughter pictures were just a faded text of yellow ugliness. And yes, I'm being extra, this was her Sweet 16, not a "hey lets have a kickback just because party". Fyi, their props were also subpar from all other photobooth companies I've encountered. read more

Recently through a small graduation party in honor of finishing off my masters degree and Danny and his team were nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I first messaged them they were extremely prompt in getting back to me and making sure we had everything ready to go before they got to the day of the party. I am a bit of a nitpicky person so it was imperative that the prints come out exactly as I wanted them and Danny did not disappoint. As for the day of the party his team got there super early to set up the photo booth, which was nice although I didn't think they took too long to set up. The props all seemed brand new which was nice as well and the prints themselves were exactly as I had ordered them. Danny was friendly and polite throughout the entire ordeal and I would say he is reasonably priced. I called a few other photo booth places and every single one of them gave me a higher price than Danny. Overall great experience and I will definitely be working with them again soon. read more

My friend hired Pro Photo Booth Group for their birthday a few years back, and they were so awesome that I had to reach out to them for my own graduation ceremony! After filling out the contact form online, I heard back in less than 24 hours. Danny was responsive and accommodating which which made the planning process exceptionally easy. The photo booth came out nice and the guests enjoyed it. 5/5 stars for that. I am only giving 3 stars due to their lack of communication. During the initial phase of selecting different options and prices, Danny was great with answering your questions. However, once the deposit was received, the communication pretty much stopped there. I thought I was scammed. I had to sent him multiple emails and texts before receiving a response back. I am a patient person. I felt like if I weren't the patient type, I would have withdrew and went with another photobooth company. Even on my wedding day, I wasn't 100% sure they would show up, but thankfully they did and they did do a nice job with the pictures. I just hope Danny will be able to communicate better with his future clients without us having to reach out to him multiple times before getting a response because his photo company is otherwise pretty nice. read more

I'm so happy that we booked them for our wedding. I was afraid they will say no when my wedding coordinator asked them to set up hours before our event. They came and set up wayyyy early. Everyone had a great time with the mirror me. Picture quality was great. They sent me the template and it was exactly what I envisioned. The backdrop that was used was included and I'm so happy they recommended the floral backdrop. It complimented the template for the pictures. What a great experience! I booked them for my boyfriend's 21st birthday. Everyone at the party loved the photo booth and the props that came with it. Danny worked with me from the very start. Even before I agreed to book, he answered all my questions and reassured me of all my worries. When I agreed to book with him, he helped me every step of the way in terms of paying the deposit and filling out the form about the details of the party. Also, we texted back and forth about the details of the booth and the photo strip template. I was very picky about the strip because I wanted it to be perfect so I kept changing my mind and asking for changes. He was so accommodating and made every little change that I requested. We got unlimited prints and they were the 2x6. They turned out so nice and the photobooth kiosk was easy to use. The attendant was really nice and super helpful as well. Another thing I appreciated was that he accepted some many different forms of payment which made things convenient. The only thing I probably noticed was an issue was we didn't know how far to scoot back when we are taking a huge group photo so that everyone can fit in the photo until after the first photo was already taken. So maybe they could have a marker (tape or something) to kind of give us an idea of where we should stand so we don't get cut off. Overall, Danny was a great communicator from beginning to end.
