One of the best experience I've had with any vendors! We hired primo prints for our wedding that took place last month and they were nothing short of amazing! It's been about a week since my wedding and I waited a bit to cool down before writing this. Primo Prints was one of those vendors who responded right away from the initial inquiry but once they received our deposit they were slower to respond and would take days (sometimes weeks) before we'd hear a response. Probably should have taken that as a red flag but brushed off their poor communication skills. Well, when it came down to it - they didn't end up showing up to our wedding reception and claimed it was a booking error - inputting the day after our actual wedding day (even though we had worked with them on the template, which included the wedding date on it). What makes me upset is that it was such an elementary mistake that was made right off the bat. A basic scheduling mistake. I tried not to let it get to me that night but in retrospect, I am still very angry that we lost out on capturing fun memories on the biggest day of lives. Our other vendors were informed by our coordinator that night, including our photographers and videographers and they graciously stayed a couple extra hours to make up for the loss (without me even knowing). Unfortunately, this meant having to take photos with every single guest/table while we ate our dinner (or tried - I literally had 4 bites because of this). This ultimately cut into our time getting up from our table and mingling with our guests. It's unfortunate since Primo Prints was recommended to us through family but after the experience with our wedding, I would never recommend this business to anyone...EVER. read more

I reached out to Primo Prints for my twins 10th birthday party via e-mail a little over one month prior to event. I received a response within 24 hours. We were looking for a Fortnite themed photo booth for the party and I was sent some examples. After confirming with my kids which design (current season of Fortnite) they showed me an example of what it would look like. After confirming we loved the design I filled out the form during the deposit I was torn as to which color background we wanted to use to go with the theme. After e-mailing saying that I wasn't sure which background to use they had suggested to use a green screen which I had no idea that they were able to do. A few days later they had come up with a background for the picture which they suggested using 4x6 photos so the background would show. It was amazing. The set up the day of was quick, there was a little hiccup being there was something missing but they were willing to stay longer for the time we lost when the part was delivered.
