So I replied that I would like a phone call or an email. After the first week went by I got neither. I tried to call them but no one could tell me who is responsible for replying to the request or who the manager is. I waited a second week and still no call. And by the way, no one from the clinic called me to follow up on how I was doing, like most Urgent care centers do. So I called again and still no luck. So I set out to find out why. This is for those of you who got the "We really care about our patients " text and replied and did not get a call back etc. My guess is that you probably had the same trouble I did because when I was finally able to locate the person in charge of replying, his first response was, "I never get any compliments or complaints about that location." I almost wanted to laugh. First, does anyone read the replies to those texts they send out? In my case they certainly didn't. Why? And also, why bother sending out the "We really care about our patients" texts if no one is going to read them or follow up? Perhaps that is why you don't get any compliments or complaints - they are not reaching anyone and most folks just give up. Honestly, it took me two weeks because the staff at the location on 206 Alaska Frontage Road 59714, whose phone is: 406-414-3334 initially said they had no idea. So I called again, and they referred me to the B2 Urgent Care on Main St in Bozeman 406-414-4800. However I called there three times before I just asked to speak to their manager because they kept referring me back to the Belgrade clinic. If you would like to make a compliment or a comment about your care simply contact the B2 Urgent care center on Main St. in Bozeman and ask to speak to their manager. Don't bother replying to the text. No one pays attention to those!

When I called to resolve the issue, the interaction was unhelpful and unfriendly, which only added to the frustration. Patients should not have to navigate billing confusion or feel dismissed when seeking clarification about substantial charges. I strongly encourage the facility to review both its insurance processing procedures and its customer service practices. Accurate billing and professional communication are essential components of patient care.

My family has had to go to the urgent care in Belgrade 3 times and have great experiences with all the staff. Very knowledgeable. I personally have had 2 procedures this year and was treated very well. The nurses, doctors, and ancillary staff were so kind and made my stay amazing. This PA told me to discontinue physical therapy since it didn't seem to be helping even though I had only gone two weeks. Wouldn't approve more physical therapy after I finished the approved sessions. Went a month without it till I could go somewhere else. Now I'm dealing with nerve problems in my hands and arms from it. I would never go to these guys ever again. They don't care or have their shit together. I've had better luck from St. James and St. Vincent's.
