I should have told my neighbors to ask for a quote before scheduling so I take responsibility for that, but never did it occur to me that the price would be so high for one outlet! Jeff said he would be there within the hour and sent me a text when he was 10 minutes away. Jeff determined the problem was a faulty circuit breaker within 2 minutes. He went to his truck to get a replacement and my power was restored to my garage within 10 minutes of his arrival (if not sooner.) He was personable, professional, very courteous, communicative, and efficient. Truly, Plato's idea of an electrician. The cost the service call was incredibly reasonable! Frankly, I was shocked at how low my bill was. You can bet that I will call "Down the Road Electric" the next time I need electrical services.
