We rented a chipper shredder. Problem 1- they did not have the correct attachment to hook up the…read moretrailer lights to our 2025 GMC. Problem 2: when we tried to start it the battery was completely dead. Problem 3: I called and spent 20 minutes waiting for them to tell me I will need to return it but they are about to close. Problem 4: I told her we would bring it "right now" if someone would wait 10 minutes. Her response was "no, all my employees have plans after work". "You can drop it off but we don't open until Monday and you will be liable for it" As I told her on the phone before she hung up on me, I will not be liable for what is on their property. This is probably one of the worst customer service interactions with a company I have experienced. I wasted two hours of my time and gas there and back twice for absolutely nothing due to no fault of our own. Clearly they don't check their equipment before sending it out. Clearly a company that does not care about good quality service or return customers. I definitely will not give them my future business. There are other options.
