Funny I can't find this place on location. Let's get into it! This lady took 150.00 from my wife for 5 dresses that were never altered. My wife had to do a jommy rig job on the dress she was wearimg that never got altered by this lady the nigjt before our event. Not to mention the dresses were not ready on the promise date and we waited 30 mins while she said she was doing the alterations. I went in and asked for our money back and all she wants to do is write down the card number. The own was combative and unhelpful. I also look on the better business bureau but could not find the company. This lady takes your money and does not do the work. And she seriously over charged for 5 dresses. I rate this place a big fat zero 0 Also my wife just told me she called the police on me cause she didn't do the job she was paid for. Then she said to take it up with the credit card company to get the money back! No worries. Social media is free Speech! BET! read more

USE THIS BUSINESS!! If I could leave no stars I would. Had to CALL THE POLICE because she would not give me my daughter's dress back! I brought my daughter's prom dress here to be altered. She charged me $140. It was not ready until the day before my daughter's prom, which was 4 days later than promised. When we went to pick it up, there were STAINS ON IT! I asked for a refund, and after getting cussed out, she said take it up with my credit card. She only comes up on Google first because she sponsored, which means she pays to be the first listing. She lets her bird roam around the place and it uses the bathroom wherever it feels like. She erases all bad reviews. I'll be leaving a review on Yelp as well because she can't delete them there! read more

Do not go here. My daughter had her proms dress altered here and it was a terrible experience and terrible job. She had to go back three times since each time it was not done correctly (even with a picture shown). It was not done on time as well. And the way in which it was taken in was terrible. Another friend of her's that also brought her dress here had a similar experience. If I didn't have so much going on I would be hoping to go and get the $190 I paid back. Teens should not be dealing with this right before time. It was brought over 3 weeks prior to prom btw. read more

In the last year, I've watched the quality output drop in the tailoring from simple patches. Last year I had the oval patches installed on my shirt, and then this year had a second set of patches installed. Not only did the owner admit that she lied to me about the delivery date (and laughed) but clearly cheated on the quality while also increasing the price. The second set of patches have more space to separate. I ironed them on only to set the location. My expectations are too high to continue using this business. read more

Was searching for a tailor on Yelp and something told me to go with pro seamers and I am glad I did!!! I have used them twice, first time was a little disappointing as I had been told a pick up time but when I went to pick unit up they told me they were backed up a day and my item wasn't ready. This was beyond frustrating as I needed my outfit then and there but I went back in three hours and it was PERFECT. The dress didn't offer much support for the chest area but after my alterations I had this GREAT cleavage that I never thought I would have in a dress. After being very happy with how the dress turned out, I decided to go back. I went back with a dress that as a size too big for me, I knew it was too big but I was in love with the dress and they didn't ha my size. She made it look perfect and like the dress was made for me. I had a terrible experience here. Went in to have the sleeves of one of my nicest dresses tailored as they were too big on me. The lady was very opinionated and even stated she didn't personally like the bows on my dress (incredibly unprofessional, I was there to have it taken in, not for her unsolicited - and totally uncalled for - "fashion expertise"). I asked if she could just have it taken in by hiding or tucking the extra fabric in right under the bows so as to not have to take them apart and mess up the design. She insisted on doing just that, I followed her advice as she's supposed to be the expert, and when I get there, lo and behold, the bows looked TERRIBLE. As in, something my 5 yo niece would have messed up. We went back and forth undoing and redoing them until they -very- loosely resembled the original design and had undone sews and pokes all over. She only partially refunded me for it. Honestly, just go someplace else, not worth the "fashion" advice and ruined clothes. read more
